Conveniently located in the secluded Pelican`s Roost subdivision. This is a no stairs, ground floor home with a private fenced in backyard. The driveway has parking for two large vehicles within a few steps from the yard to safely store your beach toys, ice chests and fishing gear.

Enjoy relaxing after a fun filled day at the beach on the cozy living room sofa while watching your favorite shows on the Smart flat screen TV or sit on the outside porch to unwind. The dining table seats 6 with an additional 3 at the breakfast bar.

The yard is furnished with a comfortable six seat table along with some extra bench seating and a charcoal BBQ pit. This is a great place for family and friends to enjoy some outdoor cooking.

Free Birds offers two cozy private bedrooms with a sleeping nook with bunk beds for the kids plus a sleeper sofa in the living room.

The master suite offers a plush king size bed, Smart flat screen TV and private in suite bathroom with a single vanity and bathtub/shower combo.

The guest bedroom offers a plush queen size bed and smart flat screen TV. The second bathroom includes a single vanity and stand-up shower located in the hallway just outside the bedroom.

Let the kids enjoy their own space in the kid’s nook with a twin over twin bunkbed.



The community pool is just a short walk and features nice clean water and outdoor seating. The sand and waves of Port Aransas Island’s beautiful beach are a short 1.5-mile drive away. Grill your local catch of the day on the included charcoal grill or head into town for dinner at some of Port A`s yummy dives. Nightlife, shopping, dining and the BEACH are all within your reach at Free Birds!



You will be sent a code for the keypad door lock prior to your arrival. There is a book of information with tips for the island as well as instructions for the house features.



This neighborhood does not have golf cart access to the beach, but you can find plenty of golf cart rentals for the day to get around.

There is an exclusive two car driveway for you to use. Small cars may be able to fit 3. City pay parking lot is available if needed.

There is no golf cart access to the beach from this property.

Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.

At least a two day supply of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, makeup wipes, makeup towels, dishwasher detergent & laundry detergent is provided as well as a couple of coffee pods with creamer and sugar. Things to bring: Beach / pool towels, beach chairs, umbrella or canopy, sunscreen, food, condiments, ice chest for your beach drinks, etc.. Cable / WIFI is provided but outages on the island does occur at times. We can not guarantee the reliability of those networks. Garage is for owner use only.

Each property is treated for pest control but on the island, mosquitos and bugs are plentiful.
