Our son goes to college at UM and this is a great place to stay while we visit. It's close to the University and has the amenities for a little mini vacation. We loved the game room, swimming pool, on site restaurant and walkability to other dining. We even grilled burgers by the pool one night for a 'home cooked' meal.

Very clean unit & facility. We'll stocked with cookware & tableware. Spacious with extremely nice furnishings. There were a lot of special touches. Will consider staying again. Had 90 year old Mother with us, so elevator was necessary & great to have.

This property is as portrayed in the listing except that I think it was better. I am somewhat of a cleanliness nut, and it was more than I could have asked for in a rental. I would highly recommend it to anyone,

WOW! Better than Advertised

This amazing Canopy Apts community and Wake Up in Birmingham unit was much more beautiful, luxurious, well-appointed, and amenity-filled than expected. Thank you for such attention to detail and such good communication and availability. This is where we will stay without question when we come back to the Birmingham area. The BEST comfy bedding, a Nespresso and Keurig, beautiful, comfy decor — you’ve thought of everything. Great technology and connectivity too! Thanks again.
