The property is in an area that is a bit run down, but was quiet at night. One suggestion would be that if the guest cannot park in the garage state that in the description. That was one reason why we rented this property and on the day we were to arrive was told to park on the street, along with not using the jacuzzi. Don’t feel like we got what we paid for.

Communication & check in process was good. Very close to Niagara Falls was a big bonus. The house & neighborhood was very run-down. Furniture was dirty & overall the house needed a good cleaning.

Nice Little City House

The house is directly in the city. It can seem daunting if you are not familiar with a city setting. However, the neighborhood was quiet, the yard is fenced, the garage is useable and the house was nice. The host was responsive to our questions and it was a nice stay. I did suggest they add a toaster to the kitchen and provide more towels for both the bath and kitchen. Otherwise, it was only 5 minutes from the Falls and very very convenient.

Worked for us

My two children (12&13), dog and myself stayed for 2 nights while visiting Niagra Falls. It was about a little less than a 10 minute drive to the falls, which was great, but the neighborhood was a little run down. The house worked for us, but wasn't the cleanest. There was about a years worth of dust & garbage (including a Dunkin' donuts cup under one of the beds. One of the beds was broken, but I fixed it.
