Super cute little 'cottage' house. 1 bedroom is on the main level, convenient for those that can't do stairs. Nice fenced in yard, pet friendly, quiet neighbors. Decorated nicely, couch is super comfy, kitchen stocked with any thing you might need to cook. Host is very responsive to any issues/requests (had an ac issue and tech came out same day). Highly recommend.

I bought this house when my daughter was still in high school because of the great proximity/walk-ability to the Historic Downtown as well as the local walking trail and Riverfront Community Center, which boasts a fitness center and indoor swimming pool.

This home has hardwood floors THROUGHOUT and a fenced in back yard, making it a perfect, low maintenance fit for pet owners needing to bring their furry friends!
