The description is misleading. This is not a two bedroom but it is a one bedroom with a sofa sleeper. Other than that, the owner is responsive to messages. The unit is spotless and the addition of the outdoor grill is great. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet on the bay with views that are magazine worthy. Definitely worth the stay.
Difficulty finding parking to initially check in, had to park across the street in a "vacant lot" used as a paid parking. The kitchen had two electrical outlets next to the stove, one was missing the cover and the other electrical outlets, include the box was halfway out of the wall, with the kurrig still plugged in. I am not tech savvy, so trying to navigate the "Smart Thermostat" was difficult (perhaps leave instructions for use). The kitchen (although very nice) lacked something as simple as a baking sheet, and toaster (I brought my own blender). For the amount of money I paid, I was very disappointed, as it was stated in every email (correspondence) that there is a pre/post occupancy inspection done, so someone isn't being truthful with that. Anyhow, I fired off the pics (electrical outlets) so if anything, I hope that gets rectified asap.
