One of our favorite features is the wonderful community garden that is adjacent to the condo building. There's few better places in the warmer months to enjoy a book or just take in the gorgeous flowers & plants in this "secret garden" setting.

Nice location and small patio for 4 with a view of a public beach and the fishery. Overall a nice small condo and loved being near a marina to see all the boats. Worked well for 2 people
Location was great. Walkable to Bayfield attractions. Place was very clean. We appreciated that. Condo seemed to be freshly updated included fresh paint. It was perfect for two adults. Stayed there with my daughter. She took the pull out sofa. Worked great.
Great way to celebrate our 46th wedding anniversary!!
Right on the water, beautiful views of boats, the lake, and Madeline Island. Cozy lodging - and very walkable to anything in Bayfield. We loved our stay. Erin was a wonderful host - she even brought us beautiful flowers for our anniversary!
Comfortable, within walking distance to shops and the pier, yet away from the downtown activity.
For over 25 years we have been enjoying our getaway to the Bayfield/Washburn area. The Reiten Boatyard condos are a perfect place to unwind for a few days.
We have been coming to Applefest for almost 40 years and have stayed at the Reiten Boatyard the majority of the time. It is a great location with easy access and hosts have always been cordial and accomodating.
location is good. sunrise views priceless. really like the open floor plan. walkable to a lot of things to do. Shower drain ran slow if the mgmt did not know. 2 big windows by the table were not locked when we arrived; they were closed, but latches not pulled down to lock. maybe add a few more spices including salt/ppr. Owners/guests pay a lot for cleaners to come in. The cleaners need to be sure they are using a Swiffer or do dusting under the furniture and in all corners. we saw several dust bunnies in the corners of condo. be sure to vacuum all cloth furniture.

Thanks for letting us know there were some dust bunnies still afoot, we do hold high standards for the team and apologize that something slipped through the cracks
This was the perfect condo for our long weekend getaway. The pictures accurately portray the size, furnishings, and location. It was a nice size with all of the amenities you would need. We only cooked a few meals in the condo, but it was stocked with all of the utensils we needed. It was also extremely clean and had a nice homey feel. The best part was that it was a short walk to most of the restaurants and the cruise/ferry. I highly recommend it!
We had a wonderful time in the area, and the rental was our "home base" for exploration of both Bayfield and its surrounding trails and places, as well as the Apostle Islands. My dad stayed in the room, while I was on the pull-out couch. Loved the deck looking out on the lake!It was a short walk to both the dock for our Apostle Islands Grand Tour on the first day, as well as our ferry to Madeline Island the second day. Lots of restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance, too.The most pleasant surprise was the nearby Halvor Reiten park, with its sculptures, boats, and walkway around the pond and gardens. We also strolled the Brownstone Trail. Great communication with the rental team, as well, and grace when there was an issue with the credit card used for payment. Thanks for the opportunity to enjoy your place while we were in Bayfield!
The property was just OK. Three windows were not working so had to call management. The door from unit to deck was hard to lock/unlock and open and close. These items are expensive to replace but are basic to a good property. Who wants air conditioning when you can get a nice cool breeze off the lake through open windows?
Deck needed cleaning.
The unit was pretty well stocked and clean inside. It suited our needs for size. Some nice improvements in the kitchen and bath.
Management was very responsive. I would work with this management company again but would probably look for a different rental.

Needs a little
The location is on the edge of town but our first floor view got a partial water view and the other part is the boatyard gravel parking area. The general condo has seen some updates. They responded quickly when we texted saying the patio doorknob didn’t open. The knob looked new, but ultimately we ended up locking the screen door instead.
I have a few suggestions: change the shower curtain liner, it’s gross. The faucet handle in the shower is loose and barely works. The fleece blanket has holes and is worn out. Easy $25 fix. That blanket was too short for the bed.
The front closet doesn’t shut properly. Why not include a box of Kleenex?
