This is a great property, with lots to do and comfortable spaces, the manager is very friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. We could not make the coffee maker work, and we had an issue with the entrance code which was quickly and easily fixed.Couple of things though, sheets are stained and might come up as dirty but they are clean, and bugs all over but… he is the mountain right? Great stay 100% recomended thank you!!

Thank you, Carlos, for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed the home and found it comfortable for your stay — and we appreciate your kind words about our team.
Regarding the items you mentioned, we truly wish the coffee maker and linens concern had been brought to our attention during your stay — we’re always happy to assist right away, whether it’s swapping out linens or troubleshooting appliances. We want our guests to feel fully taken care of in the moment.
As for the bugs, the mountain area can sometimes bring a bit of nature indoors, but we do have regular pest control in place and will continue to stay proactive in managing it as best as possible.
We’re grateful for your recommendation and would be glad to welcome you back again in the future.

Nice house
Nice house and spacious but we had issues with the cleanliness and missing necessities that are usually provided but we had good communication with the host and some of our issues were solved thanks to that. Overall was an okay experience.

Location was great, close to Beech Mountain. And host was very responsive. Parents with small children should be aware that there are 5 entry points from outside between the master and the two rooms with bunk beds which includes the main entrance. I was very uncomfortable being that far from my 10 year old. Property was not very clean with cob webs, bugs and dust in main areas along with trash under bed. It is a mountain cabin; but I think the cleaning fee we had to pay made that a little hard to accept. Master bath is also main bathroom for 2nd floor and so small you have to move rug in front of shower to open door. House is drafty. There was no heat in the stairwell and stayed cold. It was 18 degree when we got there. Our family made the best of it and enjoyed our time. But I would not stay again with kids. Adults would be fine.
