Breathtaking views right outside your back window this quaint split-level cottage sits directly on South Beach on a private island community five miles West of Everett Washington. This cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath home on Hat Island features the best views of the Puget Sound. Completely remodeled 4 years ago this home boasts a new kitchen, new cabinets, windows, appliances, and tile flooring. A dining area for four and a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space provide everything needed for meals at home, the living space and primary and guest bedrooms allow for total guest comfort. Watch the Orcas, Grays, and Bald Eagles. Clamming. Crabbing, Fishing, Golf and so much more. This is paradise!

Hat Island requires guests to purchase ferry tickets to and from Everett Marina via the property owner. The cost per ticket is passed onto the guest. Golf course fees can be paid directly to the Hat Island Community Association from a QR code. Everything on Hat is walkable: golf course, marina, beach, pickle ball court, etc...Guests must be able to walk and enjoy the adventure of Hat.

Transportation to the property is provided by the Island Host.

Use of a car during your stay is NOT available with this property.

Great place, Feels like your away from the world

The owners are very attentive and responsive. We, (my girlfriend and I,) had a great time! HIGHLY recommend being on time to the passenger ferry. It will leave without you. The residents on the island are nice people and friendly. Golf course is fun and not packed at all, very cool!
