With sweeping lake views and a private dock with direct access to the water's edge, Lake Pointe Manor offers everything you want in a Smith Mountain Lake retreat. This grand lake house offers over 300 feet of waterfront, private dock, rustic Tiki Bar, Hot Tub, and fast wifi that reaches to the dock and new for 2025 three remodeled bathrooms. There are 3 paddleboards and 2 kayaks with multiple life vests and paddles for our guests to enjoy. At Lake Pointe Manor, you can easily entertain and comfortably sleep 12 guests. This 6 bed 4 bath home is incredible any season. Did I mention that we even have a dinner bell to gather everyone?

From the moment you enter, the water takes center stage. The celebrated deep blue waters of SML can be viewed from almost every room in the home. The large open-concept main living space is poised around a large living area and kitchen, which is a perfect place to make memories and gather after a long day on the water. The large chef's kitchen is equipped with new stainless appliances and ample prep space on the granite breakfast bar. The entry offers a formal dining area that can entertain up to 12 people. From the living area, you can access the large wrap-around porch with panoramic views, plenty of outdoor seating, and a large dining table plus bistro space for alfresco meals. A large sunroom off the family room area gives everyone a space to enjoy coffee, cocktails, a book, or get a little work done. The living room with soaring ceilings offers a propane fireplace, which warms everyone during the fall and winter.
The lower level offers even more space to sleep and spread out . There is a family room, kitchen area, pool table, king size bedroom, and a full bathroom. Views of the lake are also provided on this level.

Sleeping accomodations are very suitable for multiple guests to enjoy their privacy. The main level has a master king with en-suite full bathroom and lake view with private access to the deck. The main level also has another king and double twin room that share a full bathroom. Upstairs in the furnished loft area you will find a gathering area along with two king suites that share a full bathroom. The final bedroom is located on the lower level and is a king with a fabulous lake view.

Enjoy lakeside afternoons on the dock and throughout the backyard as a 4 speaker bluetooth-ready receiver immerses you in your favorite music genre. As you settle into watching the sunset, you will be able to enjoy a glowing fire from a giant cauldron with complimentary wood provided.

*****We encourage you to tie up your own boat or rental to the large floating dock provided, but there isn't a boat lift provided.
*****The occupancy licensed for this home is 12 people over the age of 2, as per Bedford County Law.
*****Linens and bath towels are included with this home BUT you must bring your own lake towels. You arrive to all beds made and depart with beds made and used towels in the tub.

Things to Bring:
We start your vacation with a trash bag, toilet paper roll for each bath, paper towel roll, dish soap, and dishwasher soap. Please plan accordingly if you will need any additional of these items for your stay. There is a local store that does carry these essentials if needed during your stay.

Parking:
There is ample space for 4 cars in the front driveway.
