Two docks for your enjoyment. The first is a large, screened in dock over the water with an attached floating dock. THIS IS A GUEST FAVORITE PLACE! Adults can sit in the screened in comfort (seating for 16), and listen to the water lapping below while the kids swim, and launch kayaks, paddleboards and floats from the floating dock. You could easily spend the whole day right here!

The second dock is an L-shaped dock for fishing, sunning, picnicking and tying up your boat. This dock has 2 wicker loungers and a picnic table with umbrella.

Perfect for multi-generation families, or multiple families vacationing together. There's plenty of space to do things together AND plenty of space to spread out. You'll want to come back year after year!!

Leave all your worries behind - come relax, make memories and enjoy unforgettable sunsets! There are incredible long views of the lake from nearly every room in the house! Plenty of room to gather together with multiple large gathering spaces, but also enough room for everyone to have their own space with 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms.

We want to make your packing light and easy and your stay as enjoyable as possible! The beds will be dressed when you arrive in high quality cotton linens, and the bathroom closets will be stocked with bath towels! You don't have to bring your own sheets OR walk in the door and make your own beds! In the bathrooms, you'll also find soap, shampoo, conditioner, make-up remover towels & towelettes, and a hair dryer.

In the kitchen, (in addition to everything you need to cook and serve your food), you'll also find basic spices and condiments, plus plastic wrap, foil, paper towels, trash bags, hot pads, & dish cloths and dish soap.

BEDROOM 1 (main level): King bed with Nectar Copper luxury foam mattress, Wall mounted TV, Private screened porch, Private full bath.

BEDROOMS 2 & 3 (main level): Bedroom wing just off the Living Room that consists of three areas:
a) King bed with Nectar Copper luxury foam mattress, Wall mounted TV, Desk, Patio door opens to screen porch.
b) One twin bed, and one Twin day bed that can be expanded to a king size bed.
c) Large bathroom w/Jacuzzi tub, tile shower, his & her sink areas, & toilet.

BEDROOM 4 (upstairs): Queen bed with Nectar Copper luxury foam mattress, plus 3 twins in a separated loft area. Wall mounted TV in each sleeping area, Private full bath between the two areas.

BEDROOMS 5 & 6 (downstairs): King bed with Nectar Copper luxury foam mattress, plus a separate room with 2 twins. (you walk through the twin bedroom to get to the king bedroom). Wall mounted TV in each sleeping area, Full bath just outside the bedroom areas (this bath can also be accessed by anyone using the gameroom downstairs).

LIVING SPACES:

LIVING ROOM (main level): 2 full size leather sofas, 2 oversize leather chairs with ottomans, 70" wall mounted TV, Walk out to large screen porch overlooking the lake.

SCREENED PORCH (main level): dining table with 8 chairs, plus 5 additional cushioned seats.

KITCHEN/DINING ROOM (main level): Large open space connects kitchen area and dining area; Wall mounted TV; Two large dining tables offering seating for 16 (we now have wooden chairs instead of the wicker chairs in the picture), plus walk out to large screen porch overlooking lake with table seating for 8 more. Well stocked kitchen including Two full size refrigerators, Two full size dishwashers, regular Coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, Ninja Blender, 5 qt Crock pot, Large boil pot, Commonly used spices & condiments.

LOWER LEVEL: In addition to bedroom5 & 6 (described above), the downstairs also contains a 2nd full kitchen (with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, kuerig), a POOL TABLE, Air Hockey Table, Foosball Table, a Dart Board, and a TV area with two leather sofas & fireplace From this area, you can walk out onto the GIANT Stone Patio with table, chairs and large gas grill.

OUTSIDE:
- The home is situated on 3+ acres, giving a truly park-like private feel. There is a swing-set/playground for younger kids in front of the house (use at your own risk). Enjoy the wildlife constantly on the property!
- Large screened porch on the main level that connects to Kitchen, Living Room, and Master Bedroom #2. Overlooks the lake and has table with 8 seats plus additional chairs.
- Giant stone patio in the back of the house with amazing view of the lake. Table seating for 18, plus additional chairs on the patio. GENTLE SLOPE FROM HERE DOWN TO THE DOCKS.

- There are 2 Kayaks, 2 Paddleboards, and a LARGE Float Mat for you to enjoy.
- Miscellaneous water floating toys & devices and a selection of life jackets (various sizes) available for you to use.
- Firepit with Adirondack chairs.
- Horseshoe set and Cornhole boards!

DOCKS: there are two docks for you to use: a Fishing/Swimming dock, and a fully screened-in Party Dock with inside seating for at least 12 people. There are multiple places for you to tie up to if you rent a boat from one of the local marinas. (Parkway Marina is the closest).

*** 3 day minimum rental in most cases. 4 day minimum on holiday weekends. 10% discount on 7 days or more!

*** Linens included and beds made when you arrive!

*** Bathroom closets will be stocked with bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths. Also, provided in each bathroom: hand soap, make up remover, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper.

*** End of stay Trash pickup included on all stays (your dont have to dispose of your own trash here!). Also, there will be an additional Mid-week trash pickup offered for stays of 5 nights or more. .

***IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT FURBABIES: We love animals, however, because of the sheer size of this home, there simply isn't time for cleaning crews to deal with the additional cleaning needed after pets have occupied the home. For this reason, we do not allow pets in our short term rental. If there is any evidence that guests have brought a pet, (or smoked in the house), there will be a minimum of $300 assessed in the resolution center for extra cleaning.
