We had a wonderful stay here — the whole family loved this place! Being so close to the pool was amazing, and the golf cart made getting around very convenient. The place was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our time and would definitely recommend it to others.

Great Location for Destin Area

House was very clean, well appointed and just one block from the beach with private access. Pets allowed was a huge plus too. The hot tub on the back patio was great!

We had a wonderful stay at this Destin rental! The house is truly lovely — clean, spacious, and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for meals at home.The location can’t be beat. Being just one block from the beach made it so easy to pop over for walks, sunsets, and quick visits between activities.Overall, a great place to stay. We’d happily book again!

This property is located in my favorite area of Miramar Beach. The house was perfect for me and my friends to have a nice weekend away!

Perfect Beach House

We couldn’t have loved the beach house more! It was in the perfect location, stocked with everything we needed, perfect for our family of 13. The property managers went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. I would 100/10 stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay at Destin Dream. I was very comfortable. We had multiple families staying, but did not feel cramped at all. I was pleasantly surprised at the amenities provided, such as cleaning supplies, detergent , adequate paper supplies and even beach towels. I was impressed with the speed and attention to resolve a concern that arose. There was prompt communication with AvantStay. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Almost perfect

Good location close to beach house was clean but did notice stains on bathroom floor and kitchen made me question how clean the house really was and pillows were uncomfortable but overall satisfied

AMAZING!!!!

We loved the property, it was perfect for a large group of girls or large families. It’s a 5 min walk to the beach and just a few steps away from the pool. The only thing that surprised us was that the two levels were not connected other than that we could not have asked for a better stay. We will definitely be using this company in the future and would recommend to anyone!

We had 5 couples stay at this rental and it was enough room for us. We ran into some problems with a gas leakage. The stove was leaking gas and it was noticeable when entering the house. The avantstay host was contacted, and we were told that there has been complaints about the smell of gas from prior guests. The host assured us that the issue had been inspected previously and it was safe for us to be in the rental. Later on, the downstairs rooms began to smell like gas. We called multiple times again, and finally got an answer. Someone from the stove company came out and confirmed that there was gas leaking. He had to cap the gas line, and the stove and oven were no longer able to be used. This was disappointing especially because we raised our concern already once and was told it was all fine. We ran into another issue with one of the showers not working. We thankfully were able to get this fixed. Overall, the house was moderately clean. We found some of the dishes on the shelves were dirty when we went to use them. As a whole, the group was not satisfied with the property compared to what we thought we rented online.

Family Vacay 2025

This was a great rental! Great location, walking and golf cart friendly. The distant to the beach was 3 min walk just as mentioned. Accommodations were enough for all nine of us. We had everything we needed in the kitchen but I would suggest a Keurig, especially when only 2 of the 9 drink coffee. I wish the two units were connected through an inside entrance as opposed to outdoor entrances. We spent the majority of our time upstairs and only used the bottom unit to sleep and shower. We took advantage of the golf cart, although I wish listing would’ve mentioned the cost for it before I rented another golf cart outside because it was half the price! We would definitely rent again!

Wonderful Stay!

We had a group of 10 people coming down to enjoy spring break and the property did not disappoint! Everything was clean and organized when we arrived, and we had no trouble finding anything we needed. The beach chairs and umbrellas were a very nice touch as well. Two things to note: 1.) The garage code was not working, which made it a little more difficult to get back and forth between the upstairs and downstairs. 2.) The beach gate codes for Hollywood and Miami Beach access did not work, which gave us some issues with the security guard. I would recommend double-checking that the codes given are correct.
