This home was lovely and spacious for our family of 8 adults and two children. The outdoor area was incredible (we lived outside)! Our host Jeaminique was always very attentive to our needs and Rosa made us wonderful meals during our stay. Couldn't ask for more!

The house and outdoor pool area was just beautiful. Our host Jeaminique was very attentive and helpful. He was awesome! The area was well kept and we would definitely recommend this place. We hope to return again in the future!

We had an incredible time! Suresh was so helpful leading up to our trip and his house manager and our cook were both wonderful! The house is exactly as described & we loved having both the privacy of our own pool and the option to golf cart over to the beach. They also helped us coordinate all our taxi rides and airport pick ups and massage therapists to come to the house. The house is also very close to the grocery store and the airport. All in all an easy booking that led to an amazing stay!

The kitchen had all the appliances we needed as well as utensils. We also loved the outdoor grill. Very handy. The location was lovely - we felt very safe with all the gates and guards. We loved the indoor fountain.

Excellent Family Vacation

The villa was absolutely beautiful, and the staff made our stay truly exceptional. Jeanminique (house manager), Rosa (chef), and J (housekeeper) went above and beyond with their care and attention to detail. Our family enjoyed the resort's amenities and features, but the villa itself was the highlight of our trip. We will definitely return to stay here during future visits to the Dominican Republic.

We had a peaceful relaxing vacation in Punta Cana. Jeanminique, the house manager, could not have been any nicer or more helpful. He and Suresh made all of our dinner reservations for us and arranged transportation. Jeanminique was available at all times to answer questions or help us to make arrangements. Rosa, the cook was great!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house manager, Jeanminique, was easy to communicate with and was available to assist us with anything we needed. We also enjoyed delicious meals prepared by Rosa. There were 4 of us that stayed and we had more than enough room. The kitchen was fully stocked with every possible thing we needed. We spent a lot of time in the backyard by the pool which was beautiful and so comfortable. Communication with the owner was also easy and he was quick to respond. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Punta Cana.

Great villa!

Our group of 12 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this villa. It was beautiful and spacious. It was also super easy to communicate with the property manager and they were quick to accommodate any requests. My only minor feedback would be to provide proper shampoo & conditioner instead of a 3-1 (girl problems) and more toilet paper!

Fantastic

The villa was amazing and the staff made it an fabulous experience!! The hospitality from Jeanminique (concierge), Rosa (chef), and Aj (housekeeper), was unmatched. Rosa’s meals never disappointed. Jeanminigue was exceptional making sure we had everything we needed and wanted This is a place I would most definitely want to come back to over and over again.

Fantastic experience start to finish

We booked the property based on the pictures and the reviews. We were very happy to find that it was all true and then some! From pre arrival to last day, Suresh (owner), Jeanminique (house manager) and Rosa (chef), provided an excellent experience. The house was clean and perfect for our group of 7. Located in a safe, quiet gated community minutes to the beach and activities. We would certainly book this property again for a future visit to Punta Cana.

The villa exceeded our expectations! The property is larger than shown on the photos, gorgeous! We were a group of 10 for a bachelorette and had plenty of space and seating both inside and outside. Easy and clear communication from the booking to our departure from Punta Cana. We hired Rosa the chef and it was an absolute game changer — highly recommend for groups! Only thing with the villa is it is within a gated community (super safe!) but can’t be reached by ubers and taxis. Phenomenal stay overall.

Jeanminique was excellent. He was always friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. The property needs some work. Appliances don't all work well and need replacing. Cleaning could be better, especially a thorough cleaning in the kitchen.

We had a pleasant stay overall. The host was very responsive before our arrival, providing restaurant recommendations and arranging groceries ahead of check-in, which was a thoughtful touch and greatly appreciated.During our stay, Jeanminque and Rosa were both friendly, attentive, and a pleasure to interact with. Rosa prepared excellent meals that our group enjoyed. We also experienced an issue with the internet shortly after arriving, and the host addressed it immediately, which we appreciated.The property itself, however, could benefit from some updates and more thorough maintenance. While it appeared clean at first glance, it would benefit from a deep cleaning, particularly in areas such as the kitchen cabinets. We also noticed ants and other bugs, which was disappointing. In addition, the air conditioning unit in one of the bedrooms struggled to keep up with the hot and humid weather, making that room uncomfortable.Overall, the hospitality and responsiveness of the host and staff were excellent, but addressing the cleanliness, pest control, and a few maintenance issues would significantly improve the guest experience.

Perfect vacation for beach lovers

This is just the perfect house for a beach vacation. Beautiful house big enough to acomódate 3 families. 5 minutes to beautiful white sand beaches. Big open spaces with a relaxing pool area facing the golf court. The owner always checking in to make sure everything is working fine. Private gated community 100% security. Most importantly the staff; Janminique always there maintaining the house up and running and helping with the groceries and Rosa not just a great cook but always willing to help. These guys really made our experience superior. Thank you Suresh and the crew for hosting, we had a perfect week.
