Great check-in experience and staff is very freindly. Room was confortable and amenities were awesome (gym, pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, covered parking). Perfect ski in ski out location.

Perfect for ski-in/ski-out

This property was everything I needed for an impromptu ski vacation. On site parking garage, gym, and spas made non-ski time easy and relaxing.

Room was a little dated

We've stayed at Palisades Lodge quite a few times. This room was adequate but was showing its age: the heat rattled the entire room when it kicked on during the night, the fridge was noisy and the toilet barely flushed. We love staying at the Lodge for the convenience and amenities but this room could use some TLC.

Sofa bed was ancient and impossible to sleep on. Poor experience with property management, who told us to use a spare blanket to pad the concave mattress—after much arguing, they provided a rollaway bed. Good location, very clean. You have to store skis in unit and carry them down each day. A lot of noise from hallway and other units.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you found the location convenient and the unit very clean. Prior to your stay, we had not received complaints about the sofa bed mattress, though we did share your feedback with the owner. As a vacation rental, not a hotel, we do not keep extra beds on hand for this purpose. When you raised concerns, we suggested using the additional bedding provided and asked that communication remain respectful so we could best assist, as you were not interested in that option. We also offered an early departure with a refund, and ultimately brought in a rollaway bed from another property in an effort to improve your stay. We appreciate your notes on noise and ski storage as well. It does sound like this may not have been the right fit, and that’s okay.
