The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wash any dishes, cookware, utensils, and glasses used during your stay and leave in the drying rack to dry. Please note: the cabin does not have a dishwasher.
If a bed was slept in, please pull the comforter down to the foot of the bed. The cleaning service will only wash bedding from beds that were used, so please do not make the bed.
Place all trash in the designated bear-resistant bins outside and ensure the lids are fully latched.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours are required between 10PM and 7AM. Guests are responsible for any costs incurred due to violations of house rules or local ordinances.
Limit of two cars in the driveway. No parking on the street or unpaved area is permitted.
Late checkout fee: $85 fee applies if guests delay the cleaning crew. If the property is not vacant within 30 minutes a fee of $225 will be charged.
