You can take a leisurely stroll in the surrounding areas, either by car or walking nearby you will find South City Beach Park, this modern park has a beach cafe and outdoor restrooms.

Check-in time is until 5 p.m. If you arrive after 5 p.m., you can still check in, but your fob and parking tag will be provided the following day. Please be aware that there's an additional fee of $30.00 for check-ins after 8 p.m.

This fee can be paid at the time of check-in. The resort fee amounts to $30.00 USD per guest over 14 years of age and is a one-time payment. You can pay this fee at de front desk during check-in.

The parking amount varies, so it's recommended to confirm the specific value with the building management. This depends on the number of days you've reserved and can only be paid using a credit card.

Here are some important details regarding your stay:

All guests must be registered in the system by the owner/lessee at all times.

The fobs are essential for access and cost $30 each, which is non-refundable. The number of fobs required is as follows: 1-2 Adults require 1 fob, 3-4 Adults require 2 fobs, and 5-6 require 3 fobs if the adult is 14 years and older.

There's a $20 deposit per hangtag for parking.

Laundry cards, costing $7.00 each, are necessary for the laundry facilities. Washing and drying each cost $1.85.

Only one person per family group will be allowed to enter the registration office.

Parking spaces are allocated for regular-size vehicles, and SUVs are not permitted.
