Ocean Tower villa 503 has a gorgeous view over the pool to the ocean! This villa offers Hawaiian touches and high-end furnishings throughout. This villa is great for families or couples looking to get away! Photographs are of the actual villa.

- Washer and dryer, iron and ironing board inside the villa.
- Central air conditioning with a de-humidifier and a heater.
- Ceiling fans in the living room and all the bedrooms.
- Community BBQs located by the pool.
- King size bed in primary bedroom, king size bed or two extra-long twins in bedroom 2. (Request your preference upon booking)
- Sofa sleeper in living room.
- High chair and pack-n-play bassinet crib/playpen for babies up to 36in., please bring your own linen for this.
- Gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, a Sub-Zero fridge refrigerator and freezer, Wolf stove cook top and oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine with permanent coffee filter, cookware, silverware, dinnerware, glassware, stemware, spice rack, and more!
- We include paper towels, tissue, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, hand soap, and mini hotel sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and bath soap. All your soft linens, bath and beach towels are included as well!

It is uncommon, but if anything in the villa is not working, we will order an immediate repair or replacement. Minor repairs are normally fixed by the day after you inform us. Repairs to major appliances such as air conditioning, washer, dryer, fridge, dishwasher, cooktop, and oven can take several days to a week, and on a few occasions even longer if parts are not available on the Island. We will refund 10% of the nightly rent, (not including tax) for each night the air conditioning does not work, and $30/nt for a non-working washer, dryer, or fridge, $20/nt for a non-working dishwasher, cooktop, or oven; and also do whatever we can to help during the outage. We have portable cooktops, a mini fridge, and fans in our storage room and will loan them to you if they are available. There is no refund if one of the TVs, the internet, the microwave, and other non-listed appliances, parts, utilities, services, or anything else in the villa stops working, however we will work on an immediate fix, if possible, and keep you updated on the status.

Arriving, first off everyone was incredibly kind, personable, and helpful. From the front desk, to meeting one of the owners. We had a beautiful view as described. The property was clean. And the property also pretty much had everything that you could possibly need. Would definitely love to stay here again.

Lovely condo with all the amenities you could wish for! Great view and location overlooking the quiet pool and a few steps from the beach. It was also really nice to be able to walk to restaurants and other nearby resorts. Host Shane was also very helpful as were the front desk staff. Highly recommend!

This resort never fails! The property is beautiful; staff is pleasant and helpful. All the amenities to make a vacation go smooth. We had a couple hiccups with the keycards and staff took care of it right away. The condo is exactly like the picture. 10/10 would recommend. The host was responsive anytime we had a question.

Great Kapolei Vacation

The property is beautiful, as described. Check in was easy and the amenities are great. Away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to drive to Waikiki, Diamond Head and the North Shore. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Paradise

We absolutely loved our stay at the Beach Villas! It was our 3rd time staying there. It’s a perfect relaxed location, wonderful walking path, great pools, and gym! This place was fully stocked with all the necessities, and everything we needed in the kitchen to be able to cook. Spacious for our family of 6. It was fantastic!

The unit had great views and convenient access to the pool and beach, which we enjoyed. Beach items were included, although there was no wagon to help transport them. Not a big issue, but it would have made beach trips a bit easier.Communication from the management company was limited. After booking, I did not receive any messages through VRBO or email, even after reaching out shortly after reserving. I followed up a few days before arrival and was told an email had been sent, but the lack of communication beforehand was confusing and created some uncertainty.The unit was not as clean as expected, and the kitchen was minimally stocked. The pans were worn, cooking utensils were sparse, and there were very few seasonings, including no salt, which made cooking meals frustrating. The location and views were a highlight, but improvements to communication, cleanliness, and kitchen supplies would make this a much better stay.

Wonderful Condo, Great facilities!

We were very happy with our 2 bedroom condo which we stayed in with our 2 adult children. The kitchen was large and clean and the patio was very enjoyable with a view of the pool and beach. The condo provided chairs for us to use to bring to the beach and there were even snorkles that we could use. My family members enjoyed using the gym as well. Shane took great care of us and met us to bring us to the condo. We needed batteries for one of the remotes which he provided. Thank you!!

They provided us a pack and play, beach towels, and beach toys. The location is very convenient with the beach just steps away from the resort. We brought our wagon in anticipation of a long walk to and from the beach, but we probably could have just carried our stuff down without it. There were water refilling stations around the resort which was nice.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was nice, pools and beach area were all good.The suite was very underwhelming. The fridge freezer was leaking water onto the floor. We called maintenance, they came to fix it and a couple days later we noticed the freezer had stopped working and we lost all the frozen food we had in the freezer. Only the bottom part of the dishwasher was working ( there was a sign on the top part saying it was being repaired) The bottom did not clean the dishes properly and most dishes had to be recleaned after they came out of the dishwasher. The tv in the bedroom did not work. You need your own streaming subscriptions to watch tv in this suite. I don't have those. Very limited live tv. No sports. The stovetop is slow to heat to cook food. (Very poor quality). Generally I was very disappointed with the suite given the money we paid to rent it. The suite is generally in poor condition. Renting it in this condition is simply taking advantage of people. Won't rent at this place again given my experience this time.

We know the difference between a so-so condo and a good one. We like a well supplied kitchen. This one was superb. We like a wonderful view. This view is unexcelled. We MUST have comfortable furniture. This was the best seating in our 30 years of rental. If your travels take you to Oahu, this is then place to stay
