This was a beautifully appointed, well designed condo in a cute residential neighborhood with great access to Festival International. Would be even better with different (more concentrated) body wash in the showers and some local art to lean into Lafayette’s unique culture. Easy check in and check out, and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely 3 bedroom townhome near UL, restaurants, shopping, and parks. Everything you need to enjoy an extended stay with a well appointed kitchen. The garage parking was a nice surprise!

Clean and New

The property is new a tastefully designed. There is everything you would need to make a family stay comfortable. Phil is also very quick to respond to any questions and queries. We were in town with the family for a karate tournament at the Cajundome which is minutes from the unit. Overall a comfortable and hassle free experience.
