Perched hillside with breathtaking panoramic views of Ensenada Honda, Dakiti Reef, and the sparkling Caribbean, the Sea Turtle Studio is a serene retreat designed for relaxation and privacy. From your spacious covered terrace, sip your morning coffee as you watch boats glide in and out of town. Look across the water to the iconic Dinghy Dock, where there’s always something to see—including sea turtles surfacing for air. On a clear night, enjoy the twinkling lights of Vieques in the distance.

Luxury & Thoughtfully Designed Interior:

Designed with comfort and elegance in mind, this studio features a super comfy King-size bed positioned to face floor-to-ceiling bi-folding glass doors, allowing you to wake up to gorgeous sunrises over the water. The open layout includes a cozy sitting area with a plush pull out sofa bed (comfortable Sealy mattress), making the space ideal for couples, friends, or a small family.

The studio is bathed in natural light, offering uninterrupted water views from both the bedroom and living area. For entertainment and connectivity, enjoy super-fast Starlink WiFi and a Smart TV with a variety of streaming services readily available —perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure.

For added convenience, we provide beach essentials, including two beach chairs, beach towels, and a small cooler, so you're ready for a day at Culebra’s world-class beaches.

Overall very happy with our stay. The porch and views were great. Loved waking up to such a beautiful view!. We do not cook a lot on vacation so difficult to review thoroughly. We did boil and fry eggs. There were 2 of everything needed. Liked the lickbox for key so we didn't worry about loosing while we were out. Walking distance to a great garden store, restaurant and liquor store.

We had a wonderful stay at the studio. The place was very clean, plenty of towels and the bed was very comfortable. As others have said the view was Amazing! It was just heaven waking up and having morning coffee looking out over the ocean. We had great instructions for locating property and gaining access was a piece of cake. The location is perfect for getting to the beaches and town. We cooked most meals and B’s was really close. At B’s we got beautiful produce and very yummy roll ups and smoothies. For those who have never been just know that there is not much of a town but plenty of grocery stores a quick drive away. The neighborhood was very very quiet and the roosters loved waking us up every morning.With a/c on you don’t hear them until you want to hear them. I just can’t say enough about how wonderful it was to watch the sun come up from bed looking out over the water. Really had a wonderful time and hit the beach every day. I am sure we will be back!

This is a delightful vacation condo set high above the water with a lovely balcony and view. It is bright, clean, nicely decorated and equipped with all you might want, including beach chairs, towels and a cooler. We highly recommend it!

Wonderful stay

We spent 4 nights on Culebra at The Flamenco and got exactly what we'd hoped for. Comfortable accommodations with a great view and centrally located to explore all of Culebra's beaches. Turtle Room, Culebra

Really beautiful lodging, bedroom with king size bed positioned just inside the balcony that overlooks a lovely bay. Very clean with good sized kitchen, living room, and bathroom. Quick drive to everything. We enjoyed snorkeling at several beaches and had delicious pinchos at Playa Flamenco. We returned twice to Dinghy Dock for dinner.

A few days in Paradise

I had a wonderful stay. I enjoyed this studio which had a wonderful view, quiet neighborhood, and i felt very safe. It was very clean with all of the amenities, and felt cozy. The owners Heather & Alonso replied right away to any questions i had. Also, they had very good recommendations on where to eat! My only regret is that i didn’t have more days to spend there… I would stay there again.

Perfect suite

The SeaTurtle suite was the perfect suite. It had all the amenities you would need. The view from our bedroom and balcony was amazing. Close to everything but you should definitely rent a vehicle or golf cart. The owner was always quick to answer my questions or concerns. I give this place a 10 out of a 10. Well worth the price!

We had an amazing time!

Staying at Sea Turtle for three days made my wife’s and my experience in Culebra truly memorable. The view from the veranda on the bay was breathtaking - it would be quite challenging to find a comparable view anywhere else in mainland US or Puerto Rico. The property is conveniently located within walking distance of a grocery store, a market, an airport, a couple of restaurants, a bar, and a seaport/pueblo. In fact, we only used the cart to get to Flamenco Beach. The property was very clean, well-maintained, and the host was responsive to requests about navigating to the property, wifi, etc. We would definitely return the next time we visit Culebra!

A Comfortable Suite with an Amazing view!

We had such a great experience staying at this suite. It’s conveniently located, close to everything and with such amazing views of the water! We had an unforgettable experience at Culebra. The suite had everything we needed, from pot's in the kitchen to beach chairs and a cooler to take to the beach. Our kids thought the sofa pull out bed was comfortable. Although they froze at night with the large ductless AC overhead. It cooled the suite into an ice box, a bit too cold for our liking. A couple of ceiling fans would be a nice option to avoid the frost in the room. Overall, an Amazing Stay!

Gorgeous island, but not sure if I would rent this place gain

The island is amazing, although the place we stayed in could've been better. It had a beautiful terrace and cute little studio, but there were many things that could be improved. Bathroom has no vent and window seems to be broken, so no way to open. The listing says 4 people can stay comfortably, but there were only 2 towels and 3 forks. The dish sponge is used by previous tenants. Furniture handles are full of dust. The shower drain is dirty with someone’s hair. The beach chairs are broken. And of course, we could ask the property manager to fix all this, because they were responsive. At the end we came for vacations where we could relax and not deal with this day-to-day routine. Seems like this place is mostly focused on how to increase the profit with minimum investment. Not sure I would book this place again.

This was a great place to stay in Culebra. Just as advertised, everything was new. It is a very cozy and clean studio with a balcony that gives you a fantastic view of Culebra Bay. Loved its colors and turtle-inspired decorations. It’s very close to everything, the airport, the town, restaurants and tour meeting places. It has air conditioning, wifi, a TV with Dish Network programming which for me was a plus because at Culebra by 8:00 PM everything was closed and I could watch the NBA Playoffs. The shower sprays mildly warm water at most. It has a beach cooler and beach chairs you can borrow. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay here again.

I’m Heather D’Jangali, an entrepreneur, long-time Superhost, and passionate traveler who loves creating memorable experiences for guests. In 2011, I designed and built Island Charm in Culebra, inspired by the island’s breathtaking beauty and my vision for a place where travelers could relax in comfort while soaking in the Caribbean’s natural splendor.

Hospitality has always been a part of who I am, and over the years, I’ve carefully crafted each space at Island Charm to offer guests the perfect blend of modern comfort and island charm. I take pride in providing clean, stylish, and well-equipped accommodations that feel like a home away from home.

When I’m not hosting, I enjoy traveling, meeting new people, and helping animals—I also support Culebra’s local animal welfare efforts to find homes for stray dogs and cats. Whether you're visiting for adventure, relaxation, or a mix of both, I can’t wait to welcome you to my little piece of paradise!

Why they chose this property

When I first discovered Culebra, I knew I had found something truly special—an unspoiled Caribbean paradise with world-class beaches, crystal-clear waters, and a laid-back atmosphere unlike anywhere else. That’s why, in 2011, I chose this hillside location to design and build Island Charm, perfectly positioned to offer breathtaking views of Ensenada Honda, Dakiti Reef, and the sparkling Caribbean.

From here, you can sit on your private terrace and watch boats drift in and out of town, spot sea turtles surfacing for air, or take in the twinkling lights of Vieques and St. Croix on a clear night. We’re also just minutes from Flamenco Beach—one of the world’s best beaches—yet tucked away in a peaceful, private setting.

I love that guests can experience both adventure and tranquility here. You can explore hidden snorkeling spots, enjoy fresh seafood in town, or simply relax on your terrace, taking in the island breeze. It’s the best of both worlds, and I can’t wait to share it with you!

Island Charm is more than just a rental property—it’s a labor of love that I designed and built in 2011, blending modern comforts with the beauty of the Caribbean. Every detail was carefully chosen to create a space that feels both luxurious and welcoming.

What makes the Seahorse Suite special is its stunning panoramic views, spacious covered terrace, and thoughtful amenities. Guests wake up to sunrises over Ensenada Honda, watch the boats at the Dinghy Dock, and even spot sea turtles from their private terrace. The two-person glider rocker is perfect for enjoying coffee in the morning or a glass of wine as the sun sets.

But what truly makes this property unique is the journey it took to bring it to life. Every detail—every piece of furniture, fixture, and décor—had to arrive in my suitcase or on a once-a-month ferry adventure. Building in Culebra came with its challenges, but the experience was incredible and life-changing. The result is a place where guests can truly escape, unwind, and experience the island’s magic while enjoying all the comforts of home.
