Solana Resort is a beautiful private gated family community close to Disney. Resort offers heated pool/spa, tiki hut, fitness center,playground,volleyball, miniature golf, arcade room and organized activites for the kids. Solana Resort is located off US 27 between 192 and I-4. Home was built in 2006, 5 bed /2 en-suite masters 3rd has full, 4th and 5th have 2 twin beds each/4 bath. All bedrooms have pillow top mattresses and flat screen TV's. Full kitchen with eating area and full dining room. Large living room with new 55' flat screen TV, WIFI, slider to private pool with safety fence and spa, has tall hedges around the area for your privacy. Has game room which includes pool table and air hockey. There is a full size gas grill for your use.Home does have stroller, high chair and pack n play for your toddler. You will find everything you need in this superior villa to make a wonderful vacation.

Very nice house and community

We found the house very accommodating for our family of 6 adults and 4 young adults. The community pool, miniature golf and other additional activities were very nice. The pool and hot tub at the house was very nice. The game room was also nice and was a nice addition to the house. I only have one complaint - the house was advertised as having 1 king, 2 queens and 4 twin beds. The bed in the front bedroom was not a queen, but a full and did not fit the head board. Therefore, it shook and banged against the wall whenever you moved in the bed. My daughter ended up sleeping on the floor the entire week, since the bed did not have room for her and her husband and the mattress was very uncomfortable.

At the time of your stay the mattress was only 5 months old. We purchased new mattress for all the beds in all the bedrooms, which are all the same brand and style pillow top mattress. Thank you for letting me know about the headboard. I will have someone look at that ASAP and take care of it. We strive to take good care of our home to make it comfortable for you as our guests. Since this guests visit, in March of 2018 we replaced all bedroom furniture. Thanks again, Terri

Thank you for letting us stay in your house. The house is very inviting and comfortable. We are a party of 6 adults with 3 kids, and the house is very spacious. We enjoyed the pool. Its about 15 minutes to Disney and 30 to Universal. The location is close to stores and groceries for your necessities. The house is also in a gated community, so it felt very safe.

Great place to stay! My kids loved the swimming pool at the end of a long day! The beds were comfortable, and the house had everything we needed (except dishsoap lol)!

Wilson family vacation 2017...this home was great!!

Very nice home with all the amenities you would have in your own home. My family esp the kids loved the pool. The house was exactly as described on website. The resort itself was also a plus, mini golf,volley ball, swimming pool, hot tub, arcade..We actually spent a day enjoying the resort as a break from going to a park. This home was worth the money!

Everything we had expected!

This was our first experience renting a vacation home in Florida and it did not disappoint. Home was well laid out, clean and fully stocked with all of the creature comforts required to enjoy a relaxing week. The owner was very responsive with any inquiries we had and was very professional and courteous. Would definitely re-book with this owner in the future.

Overall the property did serve our purpose

the layout of the home really works as there are 3 separate areas. The pool is adequate for the kids. We have stayed in many VRBO type properties and found this one to be overrun with rules. If you do rent the property be sure to stop at the super market before you arrive. There is absolutely nothing in the home to wash the towels ( as directed) or even start one load of dishes. We left pool toys at the property as there were none at all for the kids when we arrived. I will say that the clubhouse is worth the stay. They have many activities and a wonderful workout room. Great people. They also serve beer and food.

I am pleased that everything else was good at our home. We have never had mention of this before from our guests. Our home is self catering and is priced as such. It is quite normal for there to be no detergent, if previous guests leave some we do leave it for the next guests. We do have house rules as some guests in the past have not respected our home in the way which your family did. We have never supplied inflatable pool toys as there is a hygiene concern and they have a very short life. Thank you for your input on your stay. We appreciate all our guests feedback. Thank you again for staying at our home.

Family-friendly!

The home was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Plus the owners and local property managers were very responsive and helpful from our initial point of inquiry until our stay was over. The furnishings and finishes in the house were not as upscale as we've seen in other rental homes, but they were more than adequate for a family vacation and about what we expected, considering the reasonable rates.
