Solana Resort is a beautiful private gated family community close to Disney, which offers heated pool/spa, tiki hut, fitness center, playground, volleyball, miniature golf, arcade room and organized activities for the kids. Solana Resort is located off US 27 between 192 and I-4. Home was built in 2006, 5 bed/2 en-suite masters 3rd has full, 4th and 5th have 2 twin beds each/4 bath. All bedrooms have televisions. All beds are pillowtop mattresses for your comfort. Full kitchen with eating area and full dining room. Large living room with new 55" flat screen TV, WIFI, slider to private pool with safety fence and spa, tall hedges around pool for privacy. Has game room which includes pool table and air hockey. There is a full size gas grill at the home for your use. Home does have stroller, high chair and pack n play for your toddler. You will find everything you need in this superior villa to make a wonderful vacation.

House Renting

First time renting a house instead of getting a Hotel Room, all I can say is if all the houses are as clean and neat as this one was when we will always be renting homes instead of Hotels. This was a great experience.

Clean and spacious

We stayed for a week and the house was clean when we arrived. Note that it is about a 30-40 min drive to attractions and places to eat. Everything was updated and in working order.

Beautiful home and great location!

We loved the home! Kitchen was fantastic with lots of dishes, and utensils. The bedrooms were comfortable with all the amenities. We loved the phrases on the walls. The pool was great, we couldn’t get enough of it. Aside from large amount of flies around the garbage cans and not being able to access home until 5pm rather than 4pm, everything thing else was great. Would definitely consider renting the home again for our family vacation. Thanks Terri!

amazing property!

We plan a yearly family trip and I must say this house was the best by far. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The owners take lots of pride in their home and their response time is beyond amazing! The best part is the private pool!

Great rental house near Disney

House was just as described, including distance to Disney. A bonus: no highway tolls between house and Disney. Definitely the cleanest place we’ve ever rented. The owner obviously takes pride in maintaining the house.

Great place to stay.

The house was neat and clean. We have rented a place in that area for the past 5 years and this one is the best. We had a minor problem with a leak in one of the bathrooms and the management company got it taken care of immediately. Terri was easy to work with and the management people are great. We would have rented the house again next year, but I waited to late to book it.

beautiful gated home

While the home was beautiful the vacation started off rocky with the air conditioner not working. The home all night long never got under 83! Made for a sticky, no sleep night. Was up and running the next day, thankfully. Plenty of dishes and silverware for a full house. Was surprised that there was no salt & Pepper, napkins or paper towel or saran wrap as past rentals we have used. All that you would have to buy. Very convenient to Universal and Island. The club house was amazing and we really enjoyed the pool and tiki bar. I would suggest more pillows. The beds only came with one that was pretty flat. Notes left asked to not use the decorative ones on the beds. We ended up pulling pillows for the other rooms, once our guest left. Very clean home and would probably rent if needed in the future.

Best rental we have stayed at!

Although this home was a little farther then where we usually stay it ended up being the perfect location. Far enough from all the traffic yet close to major highways that lead to the attractions. Food stores and lots of good places to dine. We spent 11 days here and were very comfortable. The beds are really comfy and the house was very clean. First Florida rental were we didn't have to call pest control. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the game room. I would definitely recommend this home to friends and family and would also return on our next Disney vacation. Thank you for letting us rent your beautiful home!!

Great Family Rental!

Our first time renting a vacation house and it worked wonderfully for nine of us. Mattresses and bedding were excellent, plenty of linens, towels, kitchen items, enough seating in the great room, kitchen and dining room. There isn't anything that I would have added to the house. It was close to all the Orlando attractions away from all the traffic. Solana Resort clubhouse and amenities were terrific but the best thing was having the private pool and spa to jump into after long days of sight seeing. Excellent response time from owner and management company. I would highly recommend this house.
