Football Season

We had a great experience at this house. Firepit was awesome in the evenings. Kitchen had gas stove. Bedrooms were as advertised and beds slept well. Would definitely stay here again.

The inside of the house was clean and comfortable. I appreciate that this property does not allow pets. The front and back yards are not being kept up at all. Upon check in, the steps indicated that I was required to purchase a damage protection policy. This was not stated in the VRBO listing. Upon questioning this, the management company required a refundable damage deposit.instead. I consider all terms when choosing a property and do not like surprises.

Mom/Son Weekend

The house was in a great location. It was in walking distance to Dickson Street and our sons' apartment. Also great to be off the beaten path and have plenty of room for three cars in the driveway as well as street parking. Each of us remarked on the comfortable beds and how clean the house was. If weather had been better, we would have enjoyed using the grill and possibly using the firepit in the backyard. This would be a great house for a future stay with spouses. Compliments to Hector for being responsive to my messages - thank you!
