Cinco - Perfectly Located Apartment, B&B Style Service, Private Garden And Pool

Cinco is a private home on the edge of the historic centre, set into the hillside with amazing views across the countryside to the sea. Our spacious apartment is available to rent on a nightly or weekly basis. Unlike other vacation rentals, breakfast and daily maid service is included in the price, and we are always on hand to see to your needs, while at the same time giving you complete privacy. We can also provide transport to and from the airport.
The accommodation comprises 1 twin bedroom; living room with comfortable double sofa bed, TV and DVD/CD player; a large, fully equipped kitchen and full bathroom. It is centrally heated for winter stays. Ideally suited for 2 people but sleeps up to 4, and even a family of five using a rollaway bed. We also have a cot and highchair for babies, and offer a babysitting service. The living room opens onto a private terrace with beautiful views and guests may also use the pool, garden area with table tennis and garden room. Although we are right on the edge of the village and all its amenities, our location is secluded and therefore the garden is a peaceful place to relax. So you have the best of both worlds!
Due to the nature of the Sintra landscape the garden has many steps and therefore is not suitable for people with walking difficulties
Cinco is perfectly located for all amenities as it is just a two minute walk from the historic centre and a 15 minute walk from the train station. Sintra offers so many beautiful attractions and all are easily accessible on foot or just a short bus ride away. There are also many beautiful walks and beaches in the area.
As we are so centrally located you have no need of a car, everything can be reached easily either on foot or by public transport. Hiring a car does give you the obvious advantage of exploring a wider area at your leisure. If you choose to have a car there is parking in the square outside the house.
A holiday in Sintra gives you a wealth of experiences, with lush gardens, royal palaces and castles it is the capital of Romanticism. Used as a central base there are also many great days out to be had. Lisbon is only 19km away, Cascais, Estoril, Mafra, Ericeira are just a short drive or bus ride. Even Obidos, Tomar, Fatima or the Alentejo can be visited as a day trip. No wonder it has always been a favourite of poets and Kings through the ages!
