About this property

Luxurious LARGE walkable 2 bed, 2 bath condo in the town of Telluride. Sleeps 6.

Come explore the beautiful town of Telluride. Enjoy 1700 sq ft of living space in this modern 2 bed, 2 bath condo located on the sunny side of town with views of the slopes. There is a dedicated parking space, but you won’t need it as this condo is close to town and the ski lifts. The large gourmet kitchen is perfect for cooking any family meals and there is a dining room table that easily seats 8 people.

The generously sized first bedroom boasts a king size bed with custom linens. This room comes complete with a walk in closet and a small private balcony. To make sure you have a comfortable night of sleep, you have access to a humidifier and a fan if needed.

The second bedroom has both a queen size bed and a cozy loft with two twin beds to accommodate up to four guests. The loft has a television and a Wii system for the kids.

There is a full size washer and dryer at your disposal, as well as a gas BBQ grill on one of two outside decks. I am allergic to dogs and this is also my vacation home. If you have a service animal, please find another property for your stay.

Spacious place - great location.

The place was spacious and had an enormous kitchen. Also, it was perfectly located for the Telluride Film Festival, right between the Palm and Galaxy theaters.

Perfect home for a family of five.

Great location in a really quiet area. We were about a 10 minute walk to Downtown and Chair 7, and less than 5 minutes from Clark’s market.The loft was a plus for the kids as well as onsite parking. Wendy our host was amazing.

Incredible condo close to Main St

We had an amazing stay. The place was very clean and well-equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the communication with Wendy was amazing. So close to Main Street, the gondola, the grocery store, etc. We did run out of towels, but there is a washer/dryer to easily remedy that.

I'm originally from Denver, but I grew up in Texas. I moved back to the area 21 years ago when my children were born. I love all the outdoor activities available here, both winter and summer. The community of Telluride is wonderful and welcoming.

Why they chose this property

I like being in town where you can walk to everything. The restaurants , bars, and parks are all an easy scenic stroll away. My place is on the "sunny side" of the street, so it's usually bright and beautiful. In the winter, it's an easy walk to either the gondola or lift 7, accessing the resort and Mountain Village.

What makes this property unique

My property is special because it's actually a 3BR/3Ba. I have locked off the master bed and bath, so it's larger than most of the other two bedroom units available. Add to that the loft with twin beds and you have beds for six!
