My family rented her home to celebrate my daughter’s first Christmas. Neva decorated the home beautifully to make it warm and such a memorable experience. The house was well appointed with tons of kitchen appliances and an enjoyable game room. All of the amenities are well thought through. I would recommend taking photos/videos during your walk through at check in.

Rooms were very spacious, comfortable, and clean. We loved everything about this beautiful house. Neva is a special gem, that was accommodating, caring and a very special lady, all she did for us above and beyond. Would recommend this place to everyone.

The space was accomodating and met all our needs. The younger adults were able to have their own space in the basement where we played pool and listened to music. We were able to connect to bluetooth devices available in just about every room. We felt welcomed after being greeted by the host on day 1. The host was readily available for any questions or concerns that arose. Definitely will reserve again!

Atlanta Dream Home

We had 7 families in for a basket ball tournament in Emerson. Amenities were fabulous. Host was attentive. We had easy access to grocery stores. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect spot for family together for a wedding

Very spacious and comfortable place for large family to hang out and come and go for our daughter’s wedding at nearby venue. We had all ages and the hotel options were limited so we were thrilled to find this place. We only cooked breakfast but the kitchen set up was excellent and nice to have such a large refrigerator for leftovers and drinks. Everything was great and we worked out sleeping arrangements fine with mix of married couples and single adult women who got priority in the shared bathrooms. I would definitely recommend this and look to stay here again with a large gathering visiting our daughter in Powder Springs

Beautiful house, lovely location

Our family rented this property for a family reunion in July (from Africa, Asia, Europe and the United States) and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was just as it appeared in listing. Beautifully decorated, clean and well maintained with lovely exterior garden in a peaceful location. The property is family friendly, the rooms were spacious, with rooms on main floor and lower floor. The lower floor area was a particularly excellent space for the younger members of our family group, providing them with their own space. Both Neva and the property manager were very welcoming and friendly, providing a very good level of customer service in advance of our visit and on our arrival. You will need a car to get around, but a range of restaurants and grocery shops are all close by. We also drove into central Atlanta to visit the Coco-cola museum and the aquarium which we all enjoyed. Unfortunately our time in Atlanta was limited to 3 days, we would have loved if it had been longer. We would definately recommend this property to friends and relatives. All our family expressed their enjoyment of this house and its facilities and would love to return. Maybe next year. Thank you Neva so much for opening up your home and playing an important part in making our family reunion a success. Tayo

Beautiful

Everything about this place was BEAUTIFUL!!!! the downside of it the description of the bathrooms which wasn’t a big deal. The bathrooms and bedrooms are connected like hotel suites except for the master bedroom other than that the place is beautiful and the host was AMAZING.

A Very Pleasant Stay

Our stay in Atlanta was pleasant and enjoyable, Nevas home is AMAZING, she gave me a tour of the house which helped because of my large family, I needed to get a better idea of our sleeping arrangements. We had one of the best Christmas ever in this home, the Christmas tree and the decorations really set the holiday tone, we have memories and pictures that will last a lifetime, Until we rent again be blessed and stay safe Neva, you and your family!

The house is everything that it states. It is huge, very spacious, and has everything you would possibly need. It is close to stores and restaurants. The owner keeps a constant line of communication and goes out of her way to ensure a pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend this place.

Amazing property:)

Let me start by saying that this house is absolutely beautiful and the space in the house accommodates a big family the owner thought about every little detail that you can ever imagine I was there for my twin girls graduation from college and when we walked in the first day the owner had set up decorations in their school colors she is absolutely the sweetest person you could ever meet and if I’m ever back in Atlanta I would definitely stay at her property..... The property owners deserves more than five stars I think they should have 10 stars...

Great place for our family reunion

This beautiful house was exactly what we needed for 7 of my 9 siblings and their spouses, just a few minutes drive from my sister's home. It was very clean, tastefully decorated, and had all of the amenities we needed. The owner was very nice, helpful, and obviously took great care of this property.

Lots of excuses

Take pictures of every room, bathroom and kitchen. Strip the beds, sit in the them, Check in was terrible. Did not get keys to the resident until over 3 hours after our check in because she forgot the keys supposedly(fact) then said last renters took them.Upon checking in, the bed was broken and was told to just put the mattress on the floor because some big kid broke it(fact). My uncle fixed that bed for her(fact) Other items broken and was told her last renters trashed the house because they had a group of people come down because someome was becoming a rapper(fact) another bed was broken and she tried to to say because it have to do with weight, no my mom is very slender. Check out time is incorrect. She have you sign a contract and omit items then when you ask her she says it was in the contract. I took out insurance on the property and yes she wants to charge me for a broken bed wheel which was broken , and she says no it wasn’t because she cleaned the house herself before my arrival. First it was $44, now $49. I guess my inconvenience wasn’t worth $49, we left the house very clean upon our departure, this lady wants your deposit and insurance money you have on the house

BEAUTIFUL AND PEACEFUL

The property looks Exactly like the photos,. Wedding weekend

The house is beautiful and easily accommodated our group of 11 who flew/drove into town for my daughter's wedding. Communication with the owner was great. Bedrooms are spacious. Would easily recommend this for a large gathering.

Perfect for multiple families

Beautiful home with lots of room for multiple families-sports team. Pool table was a plus, spent many hours around table creating fun and lasting memories. Owner was a joy to meet and always available to assist and answer any questions we had. We could not have asked for a better home for our group or location to the fields. Excellent stay!!
