Charming 3B 2B home with washer and dryer on site. Ample space to move about - rain head shower in the Master Bedroom and shower tub combo in the hall bathroom. The upstairs bedroom is spacious with a built in desk area with great natural light. The kitchen is very nice, host provided snacks (cheese straws - yum and key lime coolers along with mints). They have a Keurig with Dunkin pods for am coffee. Overall stay was perfect for college drop off with family and a 7min drive to The Savannah State University in a charming neighborhood where the neighbors wave as you come and go. Make sure to book this charming house!

Not the landlords fault

We came in very late and walked into a smelly, unclean unit. The unit had not been cleaned from the previous tenant. This was very uncomfortable as it was 2:00 am in the morning coming from a long flight. The city was full and we had to go out to the airport to find an available room. To the landlords credit, he did not know the cleaning crew did not show up. He issued us a full refund and was pleasant about it. Overall a bad experience.

We are truly sorry this occurred during your visit here to Savannah. It was a software issue between my management company and our cleaning crews that did not assign the cleaners to get there before your stay. The glitch has been identified and fixed so this will never happen again. Again our apologies and we will look forward to making this up to you in your next visit to our wonderful city.
