These homes feature lovely tile and high ceilings throughout each home allowing lots of beautiful sunlight and a breezy feeling that pairs perfectly with your stunning ocean views. Both houses have 3 spacious bedrooms that have attached full bathrooms and 1 half bath by the kitchen. Both homes have beautifully updated kitchens and appliances as well as double decks off the kitchens and the master bedrooms, perfect for enjoying Florida sunsets in the evening.

Both 251 & 261 Key West Court directly face the gulf, with 251 in front of 261. 251 Key West has stunning panoramic ocean views that overlook the well-cared-for pool, palm trees, and courtyard grounds. 261 Key West also has views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and is located right off Estero Blvd, making access easy. There is designated parking for two cars in front of each home. Cars should not block the entryways or other driveways.

These homes are 3 stories but each have an elevator that can take you from the ground level up to each floor. Located near the Publix grocery, just a short ride to Time Square where you will find shops, restaurants, and other things to do.

We would like to note that we have worked diligently to repair this property back to an enjoyable vacation home post Hurricane Ian. However, renters need to understand that Fort Myers Beach is under considerable construction everywhere including the adjacent properties to ours. We are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches that is just steps from your door.

This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival.

This property typically has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged or month-long rentals welcome! $100 cancellation fee for all cancellations outside of our 48-hour grace period. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. Minimum age to rent is 25. For security purposes, there is a security camera covering the exterior area of this home.
