Everlong Residential presents this chic designed estate Carriage House in one of Charlotte's hottest neighborhoods, Elizabeth near Plaza Midwood. Spend a weekend or a month down under where luxury meets tranquility. Up to four guests will bask in the lap of luxury amidst top of the line amenities including black out curtains, high end linens, premier kitchen wares and furnishings that will have you wanting to extend your stay. 28x Superhost managed... "What a beautiful and welcoming space! We enjoyed our time here and would encourage anyone (couples in particular) to stay at this thoughtfully designed property. Walkable area, delicious food nearby (Intermezzo and Two Scoops are so good!), friendly neighborhood, great amenities, super comfy bed, great communication, breathtaking sunset city skyline views right out the window, lovely and practical kitchen touches, washer and dryer are a great plus, nice rain shower .... and so much more! This place, and the host, really did exceed our expectations in every way! We came for the birth of our granddaughter and hope to stay here when we return. 🩷🩷"

**Please note that the property is the separate Carriage House which is accessed off of PROSPECT ST (and NOT Cross Trail Dr). PLEASE avoid going to the main house on Cross Trail Dr. and drive around back behind it on Prospect St. which is where the driveway is located**
***PARKING: Please do NOT park in front of the garage, as the homeowners' cars are in there and they need to be able to access their cars and back out of the garage. The alleyway on the right side of the property is where you should park and the alleyway will accommodate (2) two cars. The garage is unavailable for parking. Any additional vehicles should be parked in the paved lot on the other side of the alley except for the spot closest to the alley.***
Close to I-77 and uptown this is a desirable location if looking to visit the Queen City for work or pleasure. Plenty of restaurants and things to do all within 5-10 min. Uber or Lyft work best if you are looking for a night out on the town.

SAFETY DEVICES:
Exterior security cameras present: There is one doorbell camera and one exterior camera at the top roofline of the home overlooking the driveway. These will be on during your stay and are for your safety and ours.

We allow early check-in and late check-out at our unit upon request.
This will depend on the property and the cleaner's availability.
We implement an early check-in fee and a late check-out fee.
***Check-Out Time & Late Departure Policy***
Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the Host. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur an additional fee of $50 per hour and charged at the top of each hour thereafter (e.g., checking out at 12:10 PM will result in a $100 fee). This fee covers delays with cleaning staff and turnover schedules. Guests are urged to check out on time to avoid any additional fees. **If Guests would like to see if our cleaners are able to accommodate a late check-out, the LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS must be made 24 HOURS in advance.**
We provide starter supplies, enough for 3-4 day stays. It will be up to the guest to replenish those supplies for extended stays.
**Please note that as part of the reservation booking process, we ask guests to visit a link to e-sign a rental agreement. In NC, written rental agreements are required to be compliant with the NC Vacation Rental Act. We include them as best practice for our listings in SC. There is also a link to a quick Point of Contact form which is required for Vrbo reservations.
Trust & Safety:
*As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Trust and Safety Fee or your rental rate.
The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $1,500 for content and $1,500 for dwelling. The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Everlong Residential will process the payment using the form of payment on file for the Guest. Additional information about the Safely Protection Policy will be provided upon request.*
*Please note that in the event of a cancellation by a guest, refunds will be processed according to our cancellation policy, minus any applicable credit card processing fees.**
