Your tropical oasis awaits at this beautiful 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom townhome with a private pool! This property is a new build in 2023 with brand new furnishing and interior design! Located just minutes from the beach, this breathtaking private townhouse offers guests the perfect vacation rental accommodations for their trip to SPI! The bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master bedroom features a King size bed with its own walk in shower, the guest bedroom is equipped with 2 Queen size beds, and third bedroom features twin bunk beds and a full size bed (3 beds total). Both guest bedrooms share a jack and jill bathroom. Ready to cook? Guests will enjoy preparing meals with family and friends in the large fully stocked kitchen located downstairs! The kitchen has everything you would need to cook a great breakfast, lunch, and dinner! The dining table and kitchen counter make great for family gatherings! The living room boasts ample seating around a flat screen TV. This home does have wireless internet. The pool area is perfect to enjoy after a fun day at the beach! Guests will love hanging out in the lounging chairs in the backyard to soak up our beautiful South Padre Island sun.

Every stay at Casa Maravilla includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items. These small extras will make your stay even more relaxing and worry-free.
Beach gear included! We've partnered with VayKLife, a beach gear delivery service provider, to offer beach gear rentals to our guests! All gear is delivered to your property on your arrival and picked up hassle-free when you depart!
