The Space:

Luxe Legacy Vacations is proud to present this pristine, brand-new home nestled along the serene waterfront of the Hillsborough River. Waterside Gardens is more than a destination, it’s a luxury retreat thoughtfully designed for comfort, connection, and unforgettable memories, with accommodations for up to 16 guests.



IMPORTANT BOOKING NOTE: Our home is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood and is best suited for guests seeking a relaxing stay. In accordance with City of Tampa regulations, we observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, meaning no outdoor noise, loud voices, or music during these hours.



If your trip plans involve late-night gatherings, loud parties, or amplified music, our home will not be a good fit. To help maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors, we use neighborhood-friendly noise monitoring devices that measure volume levels only (not conversations).



We love hosting guests who will enjoy the home and treat the neighborhood with care. If that sounds like you, we’d be delighted to host you.



MAIN FLOOR:



At the heart of the home is the stunning T-shaped kitchen island, an inviting space for gathering, cooking, and conversation. Surrounded by top-tier appliances, a full bar area, and a complete suite of culinary tools, the kitchen makes preparing meals for large groups both effortless and enjoyable.



Just beside the kitchen, the elegant dining area creates the perfect setting for shared meals and celebrations. The space then opens into the plush living room where comfortable seating and thoughtful design create a relaxed atmosphere for movies, games, or simply spending time together.



Just beyond the living room, the resort-inspired balcony deck invites you outside for morning coffee or sunset cocktails, where you can relax with a tropical breeze and sweeping waterfront views.

OUTDOORS:



Descend to the ultimate entertainment level below, a spacious screened-in outdoor living area that brings fresh air and indoor comfort together.



This space features comfortable seating, a grill, and a unique shuffleboard dining table perfect for casual meals and friendly competition. It also includes a private gym located in the garage, equipped with a Peloton Bike, a Lululemon Mirror, and additional fitness equipment. A foosball table, ping pong table, and large flat-screen TV make this the perfect place for games, watching your favorite team, or relaxing with your group.



Just outside the screened-in patio lies the resort-style pool area, which feels like your own private retreat. The heated pool is surrounded by rustling palms and chaise lounges overlooking the river, while the hot tub with its cascading waterfall offers the perfect place to unwind.



Follow the winding stone pathway through the beautifully landscaped backyard to discover even more ways to relax and play. A putting green and bocce ball court invite friendly competition under the Florida sun.



The path continues to the private sandy beach firepit along the Hillsborough River, an unforgettable setting for sunset gatherings and peaceful evenings under the stars. From here you can also launch the included two-person kayaks and explore the calm waters of the river just steps from your backyard.

QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM in accordance with City of Tampa ordinance. During this time, we kindly ask that noise levels be kept to a minimum out of respect for our neighbors.



POOL/SPA HEAT: During the cooler months, the pool is heated to approximately 83°F at no additional cost. The spa heats separately and can reach temperatures of up to 102°F.



PETS: We’re happy to welcome well-behaved pets for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a furry companion.



PACK ’N PLAY: A Pack ’n Play is available at the home upon request for guest use during your stay.
