I love to travel for surf and snowboard trips, seeing family and friends, exploring nature. I have been operating in the real estate and short term rentals space since leaving my job in tech.
Why they chose this property
Midtown is perfectly located and the best neighborhood in Reno. It is centrally located, with plenty of dining, activities, shopping, etc. It still maintains a small and close-knit community vibe. The neighborhood is safe. You are 10 minutes from the airport, downtown, the casinos, and a quick 35 minute drive to Lake Tahoe Ski Resorts like Palisades and Mount Rose.
What makes this property unique
This property is perfect for families or larger groups. It is great for exploring everything that Reno has to offer, and being in Midtown, it is conveniently located to almost everything. The original structure was built in 1920, having high ceilings and detailed accents, with a recently remodeled interior.
