Why they chose this property
The La Quinta Cove is a very unique neighborhood. It is one of a kind within La Quinta and the high desert. We are two blocks from the Santa Rosa Mountains and Hiking and Biking on the Boo Hoff Trail, Bear Creek Oasis Trailhead and Cove to Lake Trailhead.
We are 5 minutes from Old Town La Quinta with plenty of restaurants, bars, ice cream and fun stuff. The La Quinta Resort is also 5 minutes away with impressive grounds, great restaurants and a storied history (It's a Wonderful Life was written poolside). If you enjoy Pickleball or Tennis, world class public courts and a very lively scene is at Fritz Burns Park just a few minutes away.
The Cove is a quiet residential neighborhood with unique architecture and houses and is worth walking and biking through. We do not have street lights so that residents and guests may enjoy the starry sky of the low desert. There is nothing better then drifting in our pool looking up at the night sky.
