Property was better than expected...lots of space. Bed(s) and furniture were very comfortable, kitchen and bathroom was great (shower only). No laundry but great laundry matt/ car wash combo in St. Maries. Provided good location for parks and trails and great location for fly fishing the Saint Joe River...hint fish up river of Avery. The outside area is amazing with small creek and woods. Highly recommend a stay. We stayed 9 nights and would stay again.
