Recently remodeled from top to bottom with new stainless steel appliances. This single-story home has 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and it comes fully furnished. There are 11 beds and can comfortably sleep up to 16 people; and there is queen air bed that sleeps 2 adults. Large backyard with pergolas, BBQ, and firepit. The 2-car garage is currently being use a game room. The arcade has 5,000 games. There is a dart board, 3-in-1 game table: foosball, air hockey, and billiard, and an in-door basketball game for two players. The house is located in Navarre Beach, Florida's most relaxing place, in the Martha's Cove quiet neighborhood, and is a 5-minute walk to the water (Santa Rosa Sound); a 7-minute drive to the white sands beach. We are also a short drive to Pensacola and Destin's attractions.

Great Place

Very happy!

House is very nice and has lots of room for everyone. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and a quick drive to the beach. Our family had a wonderful time and would absolutely rent this place again for future visit. Owner is very responsive and communicative!

Brandon was quite informative about the property ahead of time. The property was a great size for our family and a very convenient distance from the beach. Plenty of beds - all true to size (queens were actually queens and not fulls), and towels/linens were very clean and fresh. Lots of hot water and good pressure in the bathrooms, well stocked kitchen with some extras. The induction stove was a big plus too. There were some bugs, which were mentioned in the communications ahead of time, and I understand that they are being actively addressed. Backyard was a great size - we unfortunately did not take advantage of the grill, but grill tools were also provided. Driveway had sufficient room for 6 cars or 4 SUVs/trucks, although we only brought 2.
