Caldera View Private Villa with Private Pool / Heated Jacuzzi / Amazing Sunset

Dear Valuable Guests,

Our Villa is located exactly on the top of the Caldera.

Completely Private, without other buildings surrounding it, with easy access, no tiring stairs, no noise, and with comfortable private parking.

It is the only private villa on the island with the largest frontage on the Caldera cliffs. The panoramic photos you'll take will be like postcards that everyone will envy!
From here, you can enjoy the best sunset in Santorini, overlooking the breathtaking volcano. Completely secluded, swimming in a dreamy overflow pool, right on the edge of the Caldera.

Our villa is a two-story, traditional, luxurious maisonette of 80 sqm with an outdoor area of 250 sqm. On the ground floor there is a large Double Bed (sofa with normal mattress), one single Sofa Bed, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor where the main bedroom is, there is another large double Queen Sized Bed, one more single sofa bed, a bathroom and additionally the indoor heated jacuzzi, overlooking the Caldera and the Sunset. A unique spot on the island that makes you feel like you're flying.

Our villa accommodates up to 4 people, and we offer you our services, the island hospitality, and our love. An oasis just 10 minutes from the busy and noisy center of our island!

It has the advantage of being only 500m from the famous traditional settlement of Megalochori, 8km from the town of Fira, 9km from the airport, 4km from the port, 4km from Akrotiri with the Ancient ruins and the unique Red Beach, and 4km from the Black beaches of Perivolos and Perissa.

The views from the inside the villa and around the property were breathtaking. You couldn’t ask for better host than Panos. His assistance with rental cars, transportation to/from the port and airport helped make our stay even better. The initial stocking of groceries for the villa by Panos was a welcome surprise. The location is exactly what we we looking forward to; the views, the easy accessibility by car to all parts of Santorini, the delightful restaurants a short walk or drive away, and a very comfortable place to relax and enjoy the sunset at the end of the day, all combined to make for a memorable journey. I am always trying to do the best possible for our Guests to have a comfortable stay. About the heated Jacuzzi we had it first at 30 degrees and then raised it at 38. With the temperature that we had outside and to avoid creating humid in the bedroom we have a limit of 40 degrees which is mostly used during early spring or autumn. Also we do paint the whole house before we open and middle season. But as you can undertand while people checking in and out is not easy to find 1 week time to re paint everything. Amazing Time and Stay!

My family and I had the most spectacular time staying at the Caldera Villa. In walking distance to the Boutari Winery, cliffs and an easy drive to all villages on the island. Panos was very communicative and helped us order taxis and checked in every day during our stay. From the views to the accommodations to the experience, we will 100% be coming back!

Amazing Santorini accommodation

Highly recommend the caldera view villa. The view truly is spectacular and the best sunset on the island. The hot tub in the upstairs master was perfect to start and end your day and the setup worked great for our family of 4 which includes two “adult” sons. Panos is a perfect host from helping with transport and car service, a stocked fridge and snacks for arrival, suggestions to make the most of our days and quick communications. The close village was an easy walk to shop and eat. The location is an easy drive to all sites. Definitely book for your perfect Santorini experience.

Our family of four stayed here and it was one of the best homes we have ever stayed in. First, don’t fight the crowds in Oia for a sunset…we sat by the pool with our cocktails and watched the amazing sunset each night in the peace and quiet. The house has everything you need and was stocked with food and drinks when we arrived. The host was amazing and arranged our transfer from the port, to the airport, our rental car and a dinner reservation, he is so fast to respond and it went above and beyond. You will feel like you have Santorini to yourself here. It was an easy drive to Oia and we went early so parking was easy and we beat all the cruise people. We loved being able to explore.

Wonderful experience. Wonderful location and service from Panos in setting things up while on the island and went out of his way to make your stay enjoyable(ex. Fridge was stocked with beer, soda and waters and a nice selection of local foods when we arrived. Also I had asked if they had a Bluetooth speaker for the pool area and he said they did not but it was a great idea and would have one sent over. The next morning a new Bluetooth speaker arrived). The outdoor pool area is amazing and the views are even better. Overall a great experience and one we will never forget.

A relaxing stay in a beautiful spot.

Wonderful property with an incredible caldera view to see Santorini’s famed sunsets. Panos met us at the villa and gave us a quick orientation and set us up with a collection of food essentials that was extremely welcome. Caldera View Villa is Exceptional and Very Special!

This Villa has some of the best views on Santorini and will not let you down. Magalachori village is a shot walk away with some lovely traditional Greek restaurants and a laid back atmosphere. Panos our host does an amazing job at making you feel comfortable, we look forward to seeing you again.

Absolutely stunning experience. Beautiful, private with breathtaking views. Pool was a showstopper. Excellent wading area with lounges for the perfect view of the caldera. And a decent dunking area for when it gets hot. If you are looking for a private place away from the hustle and bustle, this is definitely worth a look!

Incredible stay!

By far the best air bnb experience I've ever had! Panos was extremely helpful - he arranged to have someone pick us up and take us to the airport in addition to arranging transportation for us while we were there. He stocked the fridge with food, wine, and beer and was very responsive 24/7. The Villa was gorgeous - unbelievable views. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Best vacation place

It was by far the best vacation rental that we had. Panos was awesome. Friendly family man. He made our stay wonderful. Very attentive and caring. His place was soooooo beautiful. It was the best view for sun set as he mentioned it to us. My 3 boys didn’t even go out. Very sweet family . We get to meet his sweet dad. Love it a lot.

We loved our stay at Caldera View Villa. Centrally located with amazing sunset views, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were able to visit Oia and Fira and multiple beaches during our stay. We enjoyed a glass of local wine on the patio in the evening and swam and relaxed by the pool during the day. Panos was the consummate host providing us with a full fridge and snacks, water and wine. He also gave us advice on where to dine. He often checked on us throughout our stay. I cannot say enough about how special it was to view the caldera and make memories with our grown children

Absolutely Perfect

Having never been to Santorini, we didn’t know what to expect of this location. It is between Akrotiri and Fira. It is not in the crazy busy tourist part of Fira or Oia. It is the only truly private pool I found anywhere. The patio and pool photos we have are so incredibly gorgeous!!!The views are unmatched of the caldera and sunset! This was truly the perfect place for us. I was so happy we did not stay in Fira or Oia! Panos was amazing and had food and beverages stocked when we arrived. He arranged for our transfer from the port and a car rental for our stay.

Has to be the best place on the island!

We spent 4 nights at the villa and would definitely stay here again! We were a family of 5, my husband & I, our adult son and his wife and our 17 yr old son. We really enjoyed our private pool and enjoyed the sunset and view every evening! It was a great location for easy day trips around the island. The villa was very clean and comfortable and Panos had snacks and drinks and water stocked for us when we arrived! We ate breakfast every morning at a bakery near by and really fell in love with Megalachori! Panos was such a great host! I reached out to him before our trip and he arranged transfers for us, a rental car that was delivered to the villa for us and helped me arrange a catamaran day for us. One of the first evenings we were in town and accidentally left the lights on in the car so the battery was dead when we were ready to go home. I contacted Panos after 10:30 pm and he immediately replied and asked the rental car company to contact me. They picked us up and took us to the villa and brought us the car back in he morning. Everyone was so nice! Staying at the villa was a great experience!!
