THE COVE - MOVIE COLONY ADJACENT
Adorable "Hollywood Glam" vacation condo in unique small complex of 22. Condo has been updated with all the modern amenities you would need for comfort and style.
You’ll enjoy the mix of mid century and glamorous furnishings, along with 3 large lanais just steps to the pool. Bonus: the pool is heated to 84 degrees all year round!
The open plan living allows for the 1250 square foot condo to feel even larger then it is. Enjoy the sunsets on the front patio overlooking the mountains. Full kitchen with all you could need for entertaining and a BBQ on the side lanai.
Both bedrooms have TV's, plenty of storage, hair dryer, IPhone chargers. Keypad entry - your own code will be provided 24 hours prior to check in. Full laundry inside the condo.
Located very close to Downtown Palm Springs you will be sure to make some great memories at The Cove and all that Palm Springs has to offer.
The City of Palm Springs requires that a lease must be at least 28 days or longer. To rent, the HOA requires that you must be 50 or older, does not permit pets. No smoking is permitted in the unit or within the patio areas
HIgh Season - Jan/ Feb/ March $4000/ month
Mid Season - April / May / Oct / Nov / Dec $3000 / month
Low Season - June / July / Aug / September $2500 / month
$200 cleaning fee
