This beautifully reworked space features an all‑new open‑concept kitchen with gorgeous granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a spacious island with seating for six, and a dedicated mini drink fridge/coffee bar area—ideal for mornings or evening cocktails.
The open living room offers plenty of comfortable seating, including two oversized sleeper chairs and a reclining rocker/swivel chair, making it an easy place for everyone to gather after a day in the sun.
The primary bedroom is the perfect retreat, featuring a plush king‑size bed, direct access to the balcony, a convenient desk for remote work, and a beautifully remodeled en‑suite bathroom with a large walk‑in shower.
The first guest bedroom includes two queen beds and sits directly across from the remodeled guest bathroom, which also houses the full‑sized washer and dryer for added convenience. A brand‑new third bedroom just off the living area provides an additional sleeping space with a full‑size bed.
