Beach House in Albatroz Condominium, located between Busca Vida and Jauá - North Coast - Bahia.
It has 3 bedrooms, one suite, living rooms / tv / dining room, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, pantry, large balcony with hammocks (160m2 area).

The house is quite cozy, leafy, quite aired. Land of 1. 400m2, lawn, with gardens and fruit trees typical of the high season. Mangoes loaded with sleeves in the summer, coconuts dwarfs with coconuts of easy access, pitangueiras, lemon trees.
The whole house is pretty airy. Still we have ceiling fans in the 3 bedrooms and 2 more conventional fans. The windows, when opened, make the house even more airy.
The hoses, coconut trees and the plants of the garden shade most of the day.

The house is ready to use, with full kitchen (utensils, microwave, refrigerator, stove, grill in the backyard). The rooms have all linens. We still have two hammocks to put on the porch.
In the living room we have sofa, cushions and chairs. We put a new Smart TV Led 32 '. If the guest wants to bring their movies and programs on an external USB stick, or video game and notebook, the TV has USB and HDMI input. It still has Sky and Wifi. Tv has applications such as Youtube, Netflix, among others, so that the guest can watch with his own personal login.

The Albatroz Condominium is considered the condominium with the best infrastructure of the region. A closed condominium that has 24 hour security, guaritas, tennis court, lawns for adult and children soccer, beach volleyball court, playground, bike path, fitness space, club for events (kiosks and barbecues), small ecological trails, lagoons for fishing and rowing, and a natural pool of warm water (whose source is inside the condominium).

The lagoon of the condominium, running water, shallow and suitable for bath, is 400m from the house and is always inviting for a good shower at any time of day or night.

One of the strengths of Albatroz Condominium is the security and tranquility provided by an efficient administration and the union of its residents.

As the house has 3 bedrooms, it comfortably sleeps 6 adults and more children.

Guest Access
Guests can enjoy all the infrastructure of the condo. Lagoon, soccer fields, fitness space, volley field, tennis court, kiosks, children's playground, barbecue.

The Beach of Jauá
The beach is located on the Coconut Coast, north coast of Bahia. It is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in the northeast. With 2.5km of extension, it is awarded with white sands and warm waters and surrounded by white dunes. Natural pools are formed by reefs at low tide, allowing a calm bath even with high waves off the reef. It is in fact a paradise for children and adults, even those less accustomed to the sea. Also at low tide, the reef is out of the water allowing its exploration on foot.

The Beach of Busca Busca Vida
Located on the Costa dos Coqueiros, it is a privileged strip of almost deserted beach, with calm and calm waters. Visitors wishing to get to know the beach can do so on foot or by bicycle. The 9 km of beach are sea with strong surf waves and stretches with natural pools and rocks.
Busca Vida belongs to the Area of Environmental Protection Joanes / Ipitanga, is an environment of restinga, vegetation of Atlantic Forest and mangrove. Among the common species in the restinga are the mangabeira, goose cinnamon, the trashcan, the mandacaru, the head of the monk, the vine, the bromeliads, among others. Also present are mammals and reptiles such as preá, sagüi, fox, iguana, and various species of snakes and birds.
