About this property
Large Lakefront Home on Moosehead Lake with Spectacular Beach and Dock
Possibly the best location on Moosehead Lake. Tucked in a protected cove on a small point on the end of a dead end private road, this property with a large yard offers its own private beach as well as an association beach on the other side of the point with a playground, horseshoe pit, barbeque and picnic tables No matter what the wind direction or the time of day, you can find a sunny spot to enjoy the water out of the wind. Bring your boat or seaplane! This home has its own dock. (Note this is a floating dock intended for the docking of boats and not intended for more general use.) If you prefer, enjoy the tandem kayak complete with a third seat for a small child which is available for your use.
On the inside enjoy granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and 3 large bedrooms, in a tastefully decorated home with plenty of windows overlooking the lake 90 feet away where you are apt to see moose and deer enjoying a drink. Be sure to leave the windows open at night to hear the loons!
All this beauty and only 10 minutes from the shops and restaurants of Greenville

Property is a perfect location to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Dock is awesome and in a protected area giving you peace of mind that your boat is safe when it gets windy. Host, Tom is very helpful and responsive. We have stayed here several times now and would recommend it to others as a top pick! Thanks for another great get away!
Amazing place! The stars at night are breathtaking, wonderful sunsets over the mountain, and private sand beach! Close to B52 memorial and Greenville town. House was fully stocked and Tom was easily reachable & responsive, will definitely stay here again! Our dogs also loved the stay!
This home was perfect for our summer vacation. It had everything our family needed, from the little private beach, the dock, and even a small playground at the HOA beach.
Nice location on the lake, dock was convenient. Host was great and quick to respond to messages sent. Enjoyed our stay, very peaceful. We did see some moose, eagles, deer and loons.
The property was very nice and more than met our expectations. The home was comfortable and the area was quiet. We would recommend this property to others!
Quiet and clean, our family of 4 adults had plenty of room with great views of the lake. Enjoyed sitting by the fire pit mourning and evening Sunsets on the lake looked like a Bob Ross painting.
We had an amazing stay in Beaver Cove! Very family friendly location with trails for walking and biking, not to mention a great little beach just steps from the porch. The home is well equipped and Indian Hill Trading Post is only a few minutes away if you do forget anything. The weather was HOT, so we didn't travel too far away from the water, but there is plenty to do in the area if the weather isn't so cooperative. We loved the place so much that we have already booked our vacation for next summer!
Can’t say enough great things about this house! Big and spacious. We had 5 adults and 4 kids and everyone had plenty of room. The view of Moosehead Lake was breathtaking. Sleep with windows open and you will hear loons all night. Tom is so nice and helpful. We will definitely be back!
Absolutely lovely house with most of the amenities of home. Beautiful inside and out and plenty of space. Tranquility and serenity at its best. Perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of every day life! Highly recommend!
The house is exactly as described and the location is amazing. The whole family had room to spread out, the views were beautiful, and the loons sang us to sleep every night. We loved our week here!
Host was attentive and great communicator. Just steps from the lake, we loved the long dock, gazing out on the surrounding landscape and canoe paddling. So much good hiking in the Moosehead lake region. Thank you for a great stay!
House is beautiful. Easy Sandy walk into water although large rocks to worry about getting boat into dock. All in all GREAT place!

I kind of agree with the dock comment. I try to always let people know that are bringing a boat to scout the dock first. The dock is about 75 feet long. The inner portion on both sides is shallow and all rocks. The outer portion on the "lake side" is the best place to dock the boat. The outer 30 feet or so are free from rocks and, depending upon the lake level, about 5 feet deep. The outer portion on the "cove side" is usable (but not recommended) at the end when the lake is high. I docked a 27 foot boat on the lake side for years with no issues.
Loved the location - had a family of loons right out back and loved listening to their songs. Property has community access to a small beach and trails which was nice. Easy to get to town for supplies etc. Owner was super friendly and a big dog lover.
Beautiful house, well stocked with necessities. Easy hassle free checkin and checkout. Tom checked with us halfway through our stay to see if we needed anything as we were the first renters of the season.
The house was clean, well kept and well equipped. The canoes and double kayak were perfect for paddling around Beaver Cove. Easy access to both downtown Greenville as well as Lily Bay State park. Only downside is that the water off the dock is too shallow for fishing.

I would agree on the water level this year. Unfortunately the lake has been running about 2 feet low due to the lack of snow last winter and rain this summer. Last year with normal water levels someone caught a 24 inch brookie right next to the dock
