Missing or incomplete information will result in the delay of processing your application. A complete application package MUST be received 20 days prior to occupancy.

ADDITIONAL FEES:
* Received less than twenty (20) days prior to occupancy please include a non-refundable $100.00 fee made payable to BPOA.
* Received less than seven (7) days prior to occupancy please include a non-refundable $200.00 fee made payable to BPOA.
* Same Day Service please include $300.00 fee made payable to BPOA.

Application FEES: $100 for the application and $50 per applicant over 18 years of age (background check). Application process may take 2-3 weeks for Board member review and approval. There are rush fees for last minute renters.
