About this property

Cute air-conditioned studio for a single or a couple, just one bed, no extra sleeping areas. The unit is on the 2nd floor of this 3 story walk up....no elevators here, lol. The unit is in a great location, its very central for exploring our side of the island. There is lots of free well lit parking, with night security in the area. This complex is mostly full time tenants with regular hours, so ...quiet hours are from 10pm-7am.

The location of the complex is central and lots of free parking. Well lit and night security guard on duty.

What makes this property unique

The complex used to be a Sheraton Hotel. Our unit overlooks the swimming pool and has a good side lanai with a table for dining.
