Full access to this self contained 1 bedroom unit has all you could need with spectacular ocean views and easy access to the beautifull Killcare & Putty Beaches, famous Bouddi Coastal bushwalk and Hardys Bay along Brisbane Waters. A 12 min hike to the beach, 3 minute drive to the local restuarants & shops. Bells luxyry resort is around the corner, only a 400m stroll away. The large Erina Fair Shopping Centre is 20 minutes drive.

OceanView is a contemporarily furnished gem, featuring double bed, a dining & living area with a sofa bed which could sleep 2, a TV and a work/dining table that can seat 4. The kitchenette has a bar fridge, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, kettle for coffee etc. We happily supply basic breakfast items for you to use as you wish.

Toiletries plus sun screen, tea, coffee. All linen is provided.

Cooling and heating fans provided, iron and ironing board are all included as well as a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher.

There is a large garden with a gazebo with furniture and also a gas BBQ for your use.
The unit is completely independent of the house with its own private entry and parking in a designated spot just off the street directly in front of the house.

Is fully compliant with NSW fire safety regulations for Short Term Rental Accommodation - Registration #: PID-STRA-59551.

A formal fire pit can also be used in the early evening (provided there is no local fire ban in place) but with limited supply of wood. However, the house rules are to be followed including strict safety precautions when using this facility.

The host was welcoming and friendly. The apartment was spacious, very clean, well appointed and conveniently located. The Bouddi National Park is very nearby and I availed myself with some of the walks. They were very enjoyable but the weather was very hot. Th hosts were very accommodating with regard to several of my requests.

Quiet street and close to venue

Chris was great!Great location. Very close to Bells which was handy for walking to and from. Close to the main strip of Killcare, only a few minutes from any and everything. Nice space and room to stay in with good amenities (shower, washing, etc) and was provided with some food options (crackers, bread, spreads and apples). Thanks for having us Chris!

Nice and roomy, very clean and presented well with tasteful decorations giving it a homely feel. The 2nd bed (click clack sofa) is not sufficinet for long stay. Off street parking would be better for unloading and accessibility to property. A pathway down the side of the house would be a more convenient entryway. At the moment there are large pebbles which create an unven surface. Bring your own media passwords etc. for TV viewing. There are no rails for towels etc. The location is nice and quiet with a sea view from the main bedroom. The property was very clean with lots of basic supplies. Most suitable for couples or single person
