The Space:

*The property is undergoing a balcony restoration project (Sept 2025 - Mar 2026). Dates are subject to change based on weather and progress. Balconies will be closed during this time, furniture may be stored inside, and guests should expect noise and dust. Please verify with us IF you will have access to your balcony during your stay. No refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided. The indoor hot tub will be closed for renovations until further notice. The outdoor hot tubs remain open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The heated pool hours may vary by day and may be closed at times, but it is generally open from dusk until 11:00 PM.

Located on the 11th floor, this 2-bedroom 2-bath condo offers a perfect blend of comfort and panoramic views of the Gulf.  Fully equipped unit with all the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.  Enjoy your own private balcony, it is ideal for your morning coffee or sipping your favorite cocktail while watching the beautiful sunset!  You will enjoy all the amenities, including 2 beachfront pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, secure parking, and Bikini Bob's bar and grill.  (Bikini Bob's offers sandwiches, shrimp baskets, cold drinks, and more!!)  Everything you need to make a memorable vacation!



When checking in, please register at the front desk to receive your parking pass and wristbands. The registration fee is $27.00 per vehicle (subject to change without prior notice).
