I traveled the world for a large corporation and landed in Naples for my chapter 2. My brother is a serious pickleball player in Naples and came up with the idea of building a private pickleball court complex close to the home of the USA Pickleball US Open site. Goal is to provide a high quality experience for guests with a unique experience. This very modern building with polished concrete floors and modern conveniences is my attempt to attract pickleball players from around the world to come to the heart of Naples.
Why they chose this property
This up and coming Bayshore neighborhood is becoming one of the hottest locations in Naples with convenient access to the exciting renovation of the Bayshore zone in Naples. From Celebration Park to Rebecca's, to restaurants like The Med, The Real McCaw, Flo's Clamshack, and even the best taco place in Naples, this is becoming the coolest area in Naples. There is even an exotic car rental shop, Cloud 9, across the street where you can rent a Lamborghini, Ferrari, Porche or even a 1962 Red Corvette for the weekend.
What makes this property unique
This property has the only combination of a brand new modern building with private pickleball in Naples. I actually do not know of another one in all of Florida. It can support offsite business meetings and team workshops as well.
