Relax and enjoy your time in this beautiful ranch home nestled between a canal and a double lot in Southwest Florida. This newly renovated 3-bedroom house offers an open layout, fully stocked with new furniture, appliances, and utensils for your culinary needs. A private heated pool and dock in the back are perfect for those morning coffees while you enjoy the sunrise. Within relative proximity to nearby shopping, restaurants, warm mineral springs and all North Port/Port Charlotte has to offer!

Central to this open floor plan, guests will be greeted with a wide open space to enjoy their time by either cooking in the kitchen- equipped with all culinary tools and spices- or catching a movie on the L-shaped couch with the smart TV. Adjacent to the kitchen and living room is a 6-person dining table that can also be used as a personal workspace. The home provides high-speed internet access, fresh linens, towels, and various streaming services for your comfort.

The property has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms stocked with fresh sheets and pillows. The main bedroom has a king-size bed with access to its own bathroom with a full shower and walk-in closet. The remaining bedrooms each contain a queen-sized bed with generous space as well!

The pool can be heated at your request and the patio area has more than enough chairs and tables to lounge, sunbathe, or entertain. The interior of the house will be cooled to 71 degrees.

Want to relax with a burger or brat? Feel free to use the propane gas grill outside on the patio for your enjoyment!

Catch a fish or listen to some music by the canal as you enjoy the evening sunsets!

Major retailers and restaurants are a short 1-minute drive away and the popular warm mineral springs are a short drive as well! Englewood Beach is 25 minutes away.
