Welcome to Cobalt Villa! This gulf access waterfront home has EVERYTHING you need to have an incredible, relaxing vacation! The Villa is a direct shot to open water with No bridges and sailboat access. The home has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with smart TVs, memory foam mattresses, and down alternative bedding. Your group will LOVE the amenities in this home including a HEATED pool, white sand beach area, firepit, tiki hut, outdoor grill, air hockey table and much more!

The Villa boasts an INCREDIBLE location that can’t be beat! Bring your boat and enjoy direct access with no bridges to the Gulf or Mexico. Both Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island are a short boat ride away or drive to Fort Myers Beach in about 25 minutes. Enjoy the incredible amenities we have provided, and you won’t even have to leave the house! There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in total, 2 king beds and 2 queen beds. There are 3 bedrooms in the main house and 1 poolside bedroom with entrance either from the main house or the pool deck. The outdoor kitchen has a built-in grill and fridge for your beverages, so everything is at your fingertips while enjoying paradise. The firepit and grill are both powered by propane tanks. We provide the tanks for use but filling them for gas is up to the guest. Kayaks can be used at the guests own risk.
