The River Dream is a 2 floor Villa, exquisite, modern furnished and decorated.
4 beautiful, individually Master Bedrooms, with spectacular Bathrooms. One Master Bedroom is downstairs. 3 upstairs and one has 2 Queen Beds. All Rooms with Smart TV and YouTube TV.
Two Master Bedroom have their own Balcony with the unforgettable view to the Caloosahatchee.
One of the highlights is the fancy Game room with a Pool table and 75 inch TV and more.
Downstairs is the modern office if you should working while on vacation and also with a small Sofa Bed. High Speed internet up to 940 Mbps.

This was our 2nd stay. We love this property. Propery is right on water and you can watch sunset every night from screened in porch. Pool is fantastic. Walking distance to beach. Driving distance to restaurants. Lookingvforward to staying again.

The house was perfectly set up has expected. Plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the pool and patio area by the river. The home is beautiful! Our host Siegfried was very polite and professional. We had one concern a day after we arrived but he immediately took care of the situation. If we make are way back to Cape Coral we would definitely want him to be our host. Thank you Siegfried!!!

Perfect location in Cape Coral

This was a perfect location in Cape Coral. Saw sunrise and sunset each day. Short walk to beach. Close to restaurants. House was perfect for our family. Property manager was excellent. We will definitely stay again.

Amazing Vacation

We had such a great time during our stay in Cape Coral. The pictures did not do it justice on how beautiful the house and view was. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need. The house was very clean. We loved the heated pool and the screened in porch where we could watch the sunset.

Amazing home, view, and location!

This house is amazing, and we definitely plan on returning! It is conveniently located and has the best view. We rented a boat and could easily travel to beaches nearby.

Nice and Spacious

We had a great stay at the River Dream. The four bedrooms and beautiful baths made for lots of space and privacy for 5 adults. Siegfried was very nice and accommodating.

Great Vacation!!

We had the BEST time in this house! It was beautiful and clean, great views.. easy to get around in a quiet neighborhood just down the street from a great restaurant. We had four kiddos 10 and under and they swam their hearts out. I would absolutely return here for another trip!!

The house was great and very clean. The outside due to the most recent hurricane was still in repair but usable, areas could have been more organized and tidy.

Beautiful home for our family to stay and the pictures are as it shows. House is very spacious and clean, with beautiful sunsets and even saw dolphins and manatees. Siegfried was quick to respond with any questions we had and very kind.

Great amenities. Kitchen had everything we needed. The pool table came in very handy. Perfect location. The Yacht Club beach was just down the street and the pier was a nice place to watch the sunset. The veranda and pool views are just as beautiful as the pictures show. Would definitely recommend!

Spacious House - Beautiful Open Water View.

Despite all the damage in Cape Coral from Hurricane Ian -- this property was in very good condition. Some damage on outside but inside was great. Seigfried was a wonderful host and always very responsive. House perfectly clean and the view was incredible. Very comfortable stay.

My River Dream!

The house is beautiful! We loved the rooms, decor, furnishings, beds …all very comfy! The pool table room was a big hit, as was the pool! The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The location and view is spectacular! Siegfried was wonderful to deal with! I just cant say enough good things! We can’t wait to stay here again!

Family Time

We enjoyed the property very much. The views are amazing! It lives up to the pictures and is nicely remodeled. The bathrooms are newly done and beautiful. We used the bikes in the garage. The area is nice, and it’s easy to get to restaurants and other places. The pool was great, too. Very good choice!

What a wonderful place to stay in Cape Coral!

We absolutely loved this house. Not only is this a beautiful, very modern, and clean home, it has amazing views of the river, it's within walking distance of the yacht club, and the Boathouse restaurant and bar. It is also otherwise very centrally located, so trips to go shopping and to beaches in Fort Myers and Sanibel didn't take very long. Last but not least, the property manager was great. He was very helpful, friendly, and responded fast when we had a question. We can't wait to come back next year!

Beautiful house, fantastic view, refreshing pool

Our five-day stay at The River Dream was fantastic. The interior of the home is spacious and beautiful, just like the photos shown, and the view of the river was spectacular - far nicer than looking out at a little canal. The pool was heated, which was perfect for a swim during the bright orange sunsets each night. Some exterior work still needs to be finished on the property, but that is still very common across the greater Fort Myers area. It was easy to get around from this location, but we spent the majority of our time enjoying the amenities, and the peace and quiet, offered inside and on the patio of The River Dream.
