We had an amazing stay! The house was spotless and the kitchen was well stocked. Spacious living areas, bathrooms, and bedrooms. The view of the water was incredible and so peaceful while sitting and chilling out on the dock. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. The pool was also amazing and we used it daily! The only thing I would add is cushions on the lounge chairs and maybe some comfortable outdoor furniture for the lanai. We loved this location and being on the water. I'm sure we will be back!

Review the photos and descriptions as mentioned as they match exactly what to expect. You will not be disappointed or feel anything was misrepresented. The daily boat watching, nightly sunsets, swimming in the pool or just floating to relieve your stress, the huge lanai to sit at the table with your family to visit, eat or listen to your favorite song on your playlist and grilling the nice juicy steak for a romantic dinner to mention a few. Got to see 2 dolphins swim by and one jumped fully out of the water with the arched body like you see on tv right in front of us. Got some bait to fish and it seems the frequent bait thieves turned out to be cat fish. A few sheepheads under the dock but no one on the hook.

Fantastic Villa

This was our first family Christmas abroad and spending it in this wonderful villa was perfect. The quality of fixtures and fittings are fantastic. The location is great and the sunsets were fab each night. Being right on the gulf was great for our boating days.

Great Location

The house was in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay and the openness of the house. Some of the features were a little dated and a lot of the ceiling fans made some noises but overall we would definitely stay there again.

Host profile image
We love traveling the world and discovering new places, and we believe the best trips are those that feel both memorable and comfortable. This is more than a vacation rental to us—it is our own second home, where we spend many weeks each year enjoying the house, the city, and everything the area has to offer.

We’re delighted to host guests here because we want to share the same sense of comfort, relaxation, and connection to this special place that we experience ourselves. We have thoughtfully prepared the home with the details we appreciate when we travel, and we hope it becomes a wonderful part of your visit.

Why they chose this property

We chose this neighborhood after experiencing it firsthand during a two-month stay in the home. By the end of that time, we had fallen in love not only with the property, but also with the beauty, convenience, and relaxed coastal lifestyle the area offers.

The sunset views are truly spectacular, and the neighborhood has a welcoming, scenic feel that makes every day here special. As boating enthusiasts, we especially appreciate how easy it is to get out on the water for a day of exploring, fishing, or simply enjoying the sea. The location also puts you close to a wonderful selection of dock-and-dine restaurants, making it easy to enjoy a great meal by boat or nearby on land.

What makes this property unique

This newly renovated home blends modern comfort with the relaxed character of classic Old Florida. Thoughtfully designed with clean, contemporary décor, it offers a fresh, welcoming space that is exceptionally well maintained and made for easy, comfortable living.

Its waterfront setting is what truly sets it apart. Boaters will appreciate the private dock and boat lift, with convenient access for getting out on the water. Spend the day boating, cast a line right from the dock, or simply settle in with a drink as the sun sets over the water. It is a place where modern style, coastal charm, and waterfront living come together.
