The Hammock - Beautiful waterfront 4 bedroom home with heated pool

The Hammock is a beautiful luxury waterfront 4-bedroom villa, located just by the Caloosahatchee River. Amazing views over the open water and just minutes from the famous Cape Coral yacht club beach and marina.

The villa has all the amenities you would expect from a luxury home. It has a total of 4 bedrooms, 3,5 bathrooms, a spacious living room, a lounge area, a dining area, a breakfast area, and a full kitchen.

The bedrooms are spacious; three of them with King beds and one bedroom has 2 Twin beds.
3 full bathrooms and a half bath that is conveniently accessible from the pool area.

To secure clean and fresh linen and towels for every stay, we use a professional linen company. They handle everything from a state-of-the-art facility in Fort Myers, FL and only uses top-rated Ecolab detergents and chemicals, promising pristine linens with each service.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, ice-maker, etc., everything you need for a perfect vacation.
Outside there is a gas/electric BBQ grill.

The lanai/pool area has the most amazing view over the water. Here you will see dolphins and manatees EVERY day while you enjoy your morning coffee.
Beautiful pool with an infinity edge, spacious outdoor dining area, and sun beds to relax in.

Below the pool, there's a large dock where you can sit and relax, enjoy the amazing view of the water, and hopefully you will get to see dolphins, manatees and more of Florida's amazing wildlife. It is also the perfect spot to do some fishing.

The villa offers WIFI if you want to use your own computer, pad, or smartphone.

The Hammock was the perfect home for our holiday stay. Within minutes of all the things we needed (shops, entertainment, restaurants). Well-stocked kitchen with a wide variety of pots, pans, dishes and utensils. The pool was the perfect temperature and was lit up nicely for night time swims. We saw rays and dolphins in the canal behind the house, and the loop where the house is located is the perfect mile for dog walking. Highly recommend!

Bedrooms are super roomy and the pool is fantastic. Loved I was able to fish and even caught a few fish during my stay. House was very cool, clean, and as pictured. In a very nice neighborhood but it was a little loud just from all the work being done to the house damaged from the hurricane but that didn't bother us. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Spring Break With Teens

Down on spring break with our two daughters and two of their friends. The girls had two bedrooms on one side of house and my wife and I had master in other side. House is very nice with great pool and have bath off pool. Loved the view off the canal. Quiet neighborhood although lots of trucks during the day working on houses in need of repair from last year’s hurricane. Would stay at this house again.

Nice house, poor communication

We enjoyed the house, worked great for our family. Plenty of amenities available and the location was great to get around to lots of places. Communication with the property management company was quite poor. We received entry instructions several days before which was nice, but upon arrival the code did not work. We figured the code hadn't been changed from the previous renter, so we reached out in a message and a call to the property management company. Unfortunately we did not receive a response for over an hour, but were able to get in after that. Thankfully it wasn't too late, we called during normal business hours, but I imagine it would have been a different experience if we arrived later in the day. Next day we inquired about having pool heat increased, but never received a response.
