We’re sorry we missed the mark with the initial access code. This resort does rotate its codes frequently for security reasons, and we appreciate your patience as we got you the updated one. We're glad you were ultimately able to enjoy the amenities. You're absolutely right about the heat—temperatures during your stay were above average, even for July! While the beach is a perfect escape, we understand how disappointing it can be when indoor amenities like the workout room and game room don’t offer enough relief from the heat. We’ve passed your feedback along to resort management, and we're hopeful an A/C upgrade will be in place before the next summer wave rolls in.
