We had such a great time in this house it was perfect for our family of four. House was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. We love the community and have been there before so it was like coming back home! Pool was nice and warm only complaint was there weren’t any pool or hot tub lights. Would definitely stay in this beautiful house again!

Host was great. Property could do with dusting more such as lamps. And could help if more information was given what switchs were for such as which lights should work by flicking that switch. And which switches were for pool lights and hot tub.

Overall the house was good, lots of space. The TV's are outdated, recommend smart TV's so you can stream. Had some issues with the heat in the pool and hot tub. Paid for both of them to be heated but they never reached usable temps in the 3 day stay. I was in constant contact with the owner, but they temps never got warm enough to be usable. A refund for the heating fee for the pool and hot tub would be nice since we were never able to use them.

Advertises a hot tub. The hot tub WAS NOT hot. If the only way it can be heated is to pay the 150 to what the pool then that needs to be made known up front. Otherwise it’s not a hot tub it’s just and extension of the pool. Communication from the owner was at first extremely slow then after I asked about the hot tub not being hot the communication was non existent (never even answered after 2 messages about it) House was nice but several surfaces were EXTREMELY dusty(my wife is a house cleaner for a living so maybe it was just more noticeable to her but the ceiling fans especially were several inches thick in dust. Overall a decent stay but I’d probably stay elsewhere in the future.

Not ImpressedFirst impressions count, and the front door and porch area were dirty and in need of a thorough clean.Communication before arrival was poor. I requested the check-in details two days before travelling and received no reply. After chasing again the day before, I was told they would be sent shortly, but they didn't arrive until two hours before we landed, causing unnecessary stress.The villa was not cleaned to an acceptable standard. Ceiling fans, light fittings and blinds were heavily dust-laden, while the skirting boards, thresholds and outside window sills were visibly dirty. We swept the floor the day after arriving and collected far more dirt than expected. We also found cockroaches inside the villa.The oven, BBQ and fridge were also not clean enough for us to feel comfortable using them. These were amenities we had paid for but, apart from using the fridge for drinks, we couldn't use them. This meant eating out on days we had planned to relax and cook at the villa.We didn't contact the host as the poor communication before arrival gave us little confidence our concerns would be addressed promptly, and we weren't prepared to spend our holiday waiting for a deep clean that should have been completed before check-in.The villa is dated, with chipped crockery, the pool needs cleaning and has chipped tiles, and the outdoor seating is inadequate for a villa sleeping eight. Overall, very disappointing.
